Foreign object in latte
I ordered a drive-thru latte and, after removing the lid for the first time halfway through drinking it, discovered a piece of plastic floating in my drink. I was unable to continue drinking it and was understandably concerned about how it ended up there.
I reported this to Customer Care over two weeks ago and provided a photo of the foreign object. Since then, I have repeatedly been told that the “Magic Bean” team would contact me, but I have received no response. Chloe also advised me to contact her on Tuesday if I had still not heard anything so she could chase this up, yet I have now had no response from her either.
I do not know who the “Magic Bean” team are or what their role is, but at the very least I would expect a refund for the drink and an explanation as to what the plastic was and how it entered my drink.
I am extremely disappointed by both the incident itself and the lack of customer service or urgency shown in resolving this matter, particularly given that no immediate refund was even offered.
Bougie needs a check please
If even a on on the rating or score. I went to the newly gentrified area of Raleigh Tn. My order was slagged as four to five people stared at the ground. I ordered green tea with space for a few ice cubes. Then I asked if I could run out to my car for my Google Pixel. After paying I asked if they got my order right. Then I placed the tea in a neutral state reiterating the order 90% of the time is a waste. After no resolve on the employee side I said to the Barista Ok bye and called her by her name. Stepped outside and took a sip. It was warm but mint. Power struggles like this remind me that working isn't a hustle, but could be fun!
The Music was so loud
The Music was so loud, everyone was having to yell at each other.
Not a relaxing, enjoying coffee shop at least for the one on Ruby RD, Golden,Colorado.
It was annoying and irritating
I cannot believe how ridiculously…
I cannot believe how ridiculously expensive the tiny portions of food are. I went to grab lunch and paid over ten bucks for a three bite jalapeno chicken pocket and a small strawberry lemonade which was gone after five sips. I am shocked and am not returning. Give us a break!! Ripping off the public!

A Formal Letter to Starbucks Headquarters: Time to Revoke Shinsegae's License in Korea
To the Starbucks Board of Directors and CEO Brian Niccol,
This letter is a collective plea from customers and citizens of South Korea. We urge you, the global headquarters, to seriously reconsider your licensing agreement with Shinsegae Group, the majority owner of Starbucks Korea (SCK Company). The recent "Tank Day" marketing fiasco is the final, unforgivable consequence of Shinsegae's repeated insensitivity toward our nation's history, and it necessitates the permanent revocation of their operating rights.
Shinsegae’s Reckless Management and Failure of Leadership
On May 18, the 46th anniversary of the Gwangju Democratization Movement—a historic pro-democracy uprising where hundreds of civilians were killed by a military dictatorship’s tanks—Shinsegae launched a tumbler promotion titled "Tank Day." The campaign used slogans like "Put it on the table with a sound of ‘Tak!’" This phrase echoed the dictatorship’s infamously cruel cover-up of student activist Park Jong-chul’s torture death in 1987.
This was not a simple mistake. This was a direct insult to the spirit of South Korean democracy. It is a clear demonstration of Shinsegae’s failure to manage the brand with the care and respect demanded by our market. The backlash was immediate and severe, leading to a nationwide boycott, smashed merchandise on social media, and even a public rebuke from President Lee Jae-myung.
Legal Consequences and Civil Outrage
Shinsegae’s incompetence has escalated into a legal crisis. A civic group has filed a complaint with the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency against Shinsegae Chairman Chung Yong-jin and the fired CEO, Son Jeong-hyun, on charges of insult and defamation related to the May 18 uprising. A separate group of five surviving activists in Gwangju also filed a complaint, calling for a thorough investigation. The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency has escalated the case to its public criminal investigation unit, underscoring its severity.
A Call to Enforce Your Contract
We believe it is time to enforce the "call option" clause in your licensing agreement. The contract clearly states that if the agreement is terminated due to a cause attributable to Emart (Shinsegae), Starbucks headquarters has the right to acquire Emart’s 67.5% stake at a 35% discount to its fair value. This clause exists precisely for situations where the licensee’s actions cause "severe brand value damage". Shinsegae’s marketing has done exactly that.
Our Demand
The franchise is a privilege, not a right. Shinsegae has proven itself unworthy of that privilege. We respectfully but firmly demand that Starbucks Global:
1. Officially announce the termination of the licensing agreement with Shinsegae Group.
2. Take direct operational control of Starbucks Korea.
3. Immediately begin the legal process to exercise the "call option" to buy back all shares currently held by Emart.
The people of Korea respect the Starbucks brand. We want to enjoy our coffee proudly, without being reminded of our painful history or complicit in a corporation’s insult to our democracy. Please do the right thing. Revoke Shinsegae’s license.
Sincerely,
A Loyal Customer and Concerned Korean Citizen

Filthy. Tables all covered with dirty crockery etc. School kid groups with feet on tables. Absolutely horrendous. Only takeaway cups available because no available clean crockery etc Bought coffee and sat in car park to drink it.
Poor quality coffee
Poor quality coffee, No wonder place is empty
Luton Airport, I ordered 3 coffees Flat White, Cappuccino & double shot Latte all 3 taste like a simple milk. Those are not coffee more like or closer to a hot chocolate. So disappointed and let down by a brand once was known for good coffee.
From now I have have choice to go left or right to different brands I will definitely choose something else
Starbucks at Southgate Park NEVER GO THERE
Starbucks at Southgate Park, Thremhall Avenue, Stansted, CM24 1PY are part of the met parking scam on purpose or by accident. If you go to the car park they call theirs to get a coffee but don't know you are meant to type your reg in an ipad, you get a fine of £60-100 in the post. You see a sign on the floor outside Starbucks put out which says parking charges apply when store is closed. So you think that meant you don't pay as it also says 1 hour free parking on met parking sign. Starbucks do not bother to tell u to put our reg number in when in the shop to avoid getting a fine, and expect those who go through the drive thru then eat in the car park itself to know that too as they won't put your reg in for U. Met parking that they help con people out of their money are the worst and will go to hell. They are just as bad as each other. They are con artists who get away with it and rarely say yes to appeals via a third party, even if all people arguing their case give the same story/argument/evidence that they were there for a valid reason and didn't not put the reg number in a tablet on purpose. That is why there are comedians making fun of them while warning people not to go there and everyone hates that worst known car park ever. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. NEVER GO HERE OR YOUR COFFEE WILL COST £60-£100

Charging £6 a drink and then giving me dairy when I have a diary allergy isn't really on. Starbucks used to be the gold standard but seems they don't care.
Seriously after these two mistakes this…
Seriously after these two mistakes this week I would give Starbucks a -10 if I could. Order a drink with coconut milk for a coworker with a dairy allergy, the person repeated it back to me, no coconut milk, my coworker was very ill. Ordered a turkey pesto sandwich, got a breakfast sandwich, telling someone to return after they have left is not acceptable, people are at work. Poor service
Bring back summer skies and summer berry
Bring back summer skies and summer berry! The butterfly is Disgusting: Starbucks should seriously consider bringing back the Summer Skies and Summer Berry Refreshers this year because they weren’t just regular seasonal drinks—they became instant favorites that people genuinely looked forward to every summer. The combination of bright berry flavors with that smooth coconut milk in Summer Skies created something that felt unique compared to the usual menu, and it stood out both in taste and appearance, especially with its soft, pastel color that was everywhere on social media. Drinks like these help create excitement and give customers something fun and new (or in this case, something loved and missed) to come back for, especially during the summer when people are looking for refreshing, fruity options instead of heavier coffee drinks. Bringing them back would not only satisfy the huge number of fans who have been asking about them, but also boost engagement, since popular returning items often get a lot of attention online and in stores. Plus, Starbucks already knows these drinks were successful, so bringing them back would be a safe but smart move that keeps customers happy while still allowing room for new items on the menu. Overall, bringing back Summer Skies and Summer Berry wouldn’t just be about nostalgia—it would be about giving people a drink they actually loved and are still talking about, which is exactly what makes a seasonal item worth returning. Like it up so they can see it!!! The butterfly drink is nasty and everyone thinks it is I think we should bring back the Summer berry and summer skies drink!!

I ordered online and came in and the people wasn't even ready, I paid 9$. And somehow got a small drink? And my other friend one messed up on and gave her someone else drink that person came in and said that's my drink, the person said to my friend "did you drink it?" Yes ofc she did she paid for it btw all the same drinks.
No dogs allowed?
Disappointed to read that you’re not allowing dogs into your stores and heading towards more halal foods. I won’t be the first customer to boycott you.

Minor issue
Minor issue. But actually contacted customer service via the chat function and asked the rep...two different days as the first time... nothing happened and I contacted them again.
Again, small issue...
The birthday reward... ones free beverage...7 days before expiration...actually on a cruise and the 7 days....expired. I asked the SB's rep to reverse it and allow me another day as back on land. Told, no. Well....ok ..no. I just thought is was....a minor request especially seeing emails from them thanking me for my 26th year being a customer...
Nothing has changed at Starbucks (not good)
I went to a Starbucks for the first time in a very long while yesterday 5/11)
In the City where I live Starbucks has closed many locations. There are very few stores which offer in store seating.
Lack of seating in one reason I stopped going to Starbucks. I still see people loitering there even non customers occupying limited seats.
No complaints about staff or service.
Since seats at Starbucks are hard to find it looks like it will be a very long time before I return.
Astoundingly bad
Coming from nz, I cannot believe people put up with such bad coffee. And pay such exorbitant prices for rubbish.
