I like an occasional white chocolate…
I like an occasional white chocolate mocha, but it is expensive. I hate going through the drive thru and the first thing you see is the app. showing choices for a tip. It is ridiculous to pay a tip going through a drive thru, but I feel pressure to do so just looking at person holding it out in front of me. It is a ridiculous app. to have on there for a drive thru or a counter pick up. It keeps me away from Starbucks because I know I will end up paying a minimum of a dollar more because of the tip! They had much more business from me before the app. became a thing.

# bring back the Chia
Come on Starbucks go back to the old Chia Tea formula because this new one sucks. It's flavorless and a huge disappointment.
Why would you change a good thing.
I only order one item from Starbucks
I only order one item from Starbucks, and not sure why I keep trying and hoping they can get it better. Always dissatisfied with a cappuccino, I may as well order a cup of hot milk. Although they're happy to remake it, it just doesn't turn out worth the $5+ payed including the extra shot I always order. I've gotten better at a train station in Italy for 2.50 euro than Starbucks. So I quit for now, delete my useless app. and pray they train at least 1 good barista per store.
Store 8860 here in Irving TX has lost…
Store 8860 here in Irving TX has lost it...they have bad baristas who has no product knowledge and are not trained well enough to maintain the quality which is advertised by Starbucks since 1971..... people they have working behind the counter are always rude and on their personal devices while handling the drive thru or Walk in customer. They always forget one of the ingredient which makes a customer pissed as they spend at least 4 to 6 dollars on the drink or 10 to 15 dollars minimum on their order.....it's just getting worse and worse....plus this store has lost excellent baristas and good managers due to some stupid upper management personal ego....
Starbucks Wolverhampton very poor service
Starbucks Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton. Ordered 2 different drinks via drive through, reached the window and was asked what I ordered again, repeated my order. Waited few minutes handed drink 1, waited few more minutes handed drink 2, I advised it was the wrong drink, I ordered 1 caramel iced macchiato and 1 cloud frappacino, I was handed 2 macchiato. She took it back asked again what I ordered and told me to drive around. Waited few more minutes and was handed a drink, no foam like the drink has, I asked is this a cloud frappe she said yes it is, I was doubtful but as the drink wasn't for me I took her word for it. Get home and the person i ordered it for said it was wrong and didn't even like the drink so it was thrown away. Seemed to be a normal Iced coffee. Very poor service received and the girl who took my order didn't seem at all interested as she couldn't even remember my order even though i repeated it to her more then 3 times!!! Very disappointed!

The staff at the 9th and Sepulveda Starbucks in Manhattan Beach is out of this World. They know just how to make my Pike Place. I couldn’t live without the Pike Place they make.

I went to the Starbucks near the mall…
I went to the Starbucks near the mall in my town, I ordered pulled up to the window and the young man working the window, did something I found very odd. I gave him my card, he held on to it why my coffee was being made. He gave me my coffee and I turned around to place it in the cup holder for a moment. When I turned around I saw him with my credit card he first sat it on the ledge of the window had it on one side and then I saw him turn the card around to the other side, it looked like he was showing the car behind me my card. I held my hand old for my card, he gave it to me and I drove off but stopped to look through my back window. He was hanging out the window talking to the guy that was behind my car in line. My husband is keeping an eye on my card. I felt something wasn’t right from beginning to end. It is possible that he allowed the guy behind me to take a photo of my credit card. This happened at the Hemet Starbucks near the mall.
Starbucks's reward system is totally…
Starbucks's reward system is totally pathetic. Starbucks wants you to buy garbage that you don't want to get reward stars.. Moreover, they want you to buy numerous times. That's discouraging. With amount one would spend buying numerous times, one can buy anything, with money saved on its garbage unhealthy food and drinks. Their food is carbohydrates enhanced. Drinks are sugar saturated. It's a sin to consume what Starbucks offers. Moreover, with type 2 diabetes, it's deadly!!!.
Nonetheless, Starbucks, should improve its reward system. Free refills is the only benefit it offers.
Starbucks on Crooked Hill
Starbucks on Crooked Hill, employee Luisa yelled at an elderly customer to move faster at the drive through line as if the elderly woman was an employee. She got into her face yelling about ‘earning respect’ and then sarcastically tried apologizing to the woman - the customer was so upset at the unprofessional response she decided to get a refund.
Customer only wanted a cup of coffee before starting her grocery shopping at Costco. Other customers witness this outrageous second grade tantrum towards the elderly customer, including myself. Im disgusted how Luisa treats her customers and her fellow employees. Isn’t customer service the priority of Starbucks and not ones assigned quota?! As for myself, I will never return to this store - unless this so called manager changes her attitude or is replaced by another manager that who actually knows what customer service truly is and has the decent respect for our elders!
Marriott Bonvoy bonus points scam
Their 100 Marriott Bonvoy bonus points campaign is a scam. You never receive the points after linking your accounts.
Starbucks falls short in Order Fullfillment
Starbucks consistently falls short in order fulfillment. This time, I ordered two drinks and two breakfast items. Everything came out at a different time, with all the customers behind me getting their items first. Get napkins over there…no napkins. Wait more. Breakfast items tasty, but rubbery from microwave.
I live in Arizona
I live in Arizona. It was 110 degrees outside, and I asked for a water. I was so thirty I thought I was going to faint. I wanted to order a coffee too, but I needed a water immediately! Starbucks can burn in HELL for their no water policy. It should be illegal for a company to deny someone in Arizona Summer water. Pure Evil!
Go to starbucks don't get pupcups
I ordered a pup cup and 2 unicorn cakepops and a chocolate cakepop, I got the cakepops but not the pup cup. So good service, but didn't get my order right so 3 stars

My Husband and I travelling today (June 11 2026) and we stopped at Starbucks in Fredericksburg Virginia and this location is fantastic. Customer service - fantastic.
Cleanliness - fantastic.
And the staff - fantastic.
So pleasant and helpful.
Love Starbucks ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Been going to Starbucks at 12705 w…
Been going to Starbucks at 12705 w bluemound rd for years. Since the new manager took over the friendly experience has changed. Manager never greets you when you walk in. The young lady the takes our order never smiles and seems to hate her job. Boy how things change when employees change. Not my go to coffee shop Any longer
Bad customer service
Sad to say that I didn't like the way this staff/manager named lorie in (Starbucks Alkout seaside) handled our order. Today I used my 50% discount from my app and when I finished ordering and ready to pay I was shocked to see my bill, it exceeded our expected amount. When I asked her if she punch tall size, she said that only the large size is included in the discount and it cannot be undone since the drinks were already prepared when it isn't. I don't want to make it a big deal but for the awareness of her behaviour towards customer in the future.
sincerely,
Angel
The "Value for Money" Complaint
I’ve been a regular, but I’m really starting to feel like Starbucks isn't worth the price anymore. I ordered a standard latte, and after being charged extra for a simple syrup swap and non-dairy milk, the total was nearly $8. For that price, I expect perfection, but the drink was lukewarm and mostly foam. It’s hard to justify these prices when local coffee shops offer higher quality and better service for less. I really wanted to like it, but the value just isn't there anymore.
Starbucks…Haymarket Norwich
I have been going to Starbucks Haymarket in Norwich for years but for the last 3 or more months the dishwasher has been broken. They sent a repairman 5 times and he never fixes it. All the money Starbucks makes they should put a new one in. I myself and others hate drinking out of paper cups and the money wasted on these.
Starbucks is easily my favourite coffee…
Starbucks is easily my favourite coffee spot — yes, it’s a little pricey, and occasionally the baristas don’t get it quite right, especially through Uber Eats where you can really taste the difference. But we’re all human, and overall I’m still a big fan of Starbucks.
love the coffee, the seasonal changes, and the rewards you build up over the years. I’ve been a Gold member for about five years straight, and it’s been worth it
I especially want to shout out the Barry store. Sure, I’ve had one or two mix‑ups with drinks, but I’ve also had them happily remake something for me when I forgot to say iced and ended up with a hot mocha. Their customer service has always been spot on.
The only real frustration is that the drive‑through seems to get priority over customers inside. We’ve seen it a lot — people in the drive‑through getting served much faster than those waiting in the shop. I once waited 20 minutes inside while three cars pulled up, ordered, and drove off with their drinks before mine was even started. Because of that, I’ve started using the drive‑through myself since it’s consistently quick
Other Starbucks stores have given us much better in‑store experiences, but regardless, I still love Starbucks coffee and keep going back.
