I like how easy it is to create labels, the only negative I have is not being able to make duplicate labels in case you mess one up.

If your shipping label prints incorrectly due to a printer error, you can reprint it immediately after the print from the Mail tab or later from the History tab in the Stamps.com Online app. Stamps.com will reprint shipping labels for no additional charge. Closed the account within 10 min

Closed the account within 10 min of opening. I go through the harangue of creating a username and password and entering my credit card. Yhe immediayt chatge me $10 for postage?what kinda postage? Then i try to log in to order supplies bit ot would not accept my username. I called them to close the account AND THEY FOUND ME WITH THE USERNAME. Even more stupidity asking for my email address and street address blah blah blah saying IT WAS ALL FOR MY PROTECTION.QUEASY now cuz they have my credit card info. It toof 5 seconds for them to bill me $10 and now 4 weeks to get a credit????? I say Stay away. It's overseas somewhere and Im uneasy and queasy

Thank you for sharing your concerns and we're sorry to hear that we left you with such a bad feeling. We apologize for any misunderstanding on this. We do not charge $10.00 automatically when you sign up. Customers may choose to replenish or add to their postage balance manually.

When you click on "Add Funds" and select the amount that you wish to purchase, we provide a Confirm Transaction screen that states: "Please confirm that you wish to add [$ dollar amount] to your account balance. Once you click the Confirm button, the amount will be added to your account and cannot be refunded." Once you click "Confirm," the amount is added to your postage balance.

We believe that the minimum amount of $10.00 covers a wide variety of postage mailing needs so that you can be able to print postage for envelopes and packages. Rest assured that once an account is closed, any remaining postage funds would be released to you, normally to the credit card used to purchase the postage in question. Stamps.com provides the USPS with your credit card information, and the USPS charges your account for the postage you purchase.

We apologize for your experience regarding logging in, and we do appreciate your feedback.

As a third-party affiliate of the USPS, Stamps.com is a licensed vendor of online postage. Therefore, we must adhere to high standards of security in order to lessen the chance of mail fraud and mail-related crime. Security questions ("Mother's Maiden Name, Favorite Pet, Favorite Vacation Spot, Place of Birth") are posed and answered by the customer upon registration, and give the customers a chance to choose an easy-to-remember-but-hard-to-guess method of identification, and also provide an additional means of security for Stamps.com account-holders.

Many companies employ this method of security identification, in addition to providing their customers with a username and password, as we do.

Signed up for a free trial. Once I realized it was not the service I needed for my problems, I thought it was canceled. Then I was charged for a few months, and even after I actually closed the account, I kept getting charged.

Clickbait to get you to sign up so they can steal your money

They lied to get me to sign up telling me I would get a free scale They never sent me the scale nor did they ever send me a way to claim the scale.

I tried to cancel my account but there is absolutely no way to do it on the website.

I contact the chat bot and it tells me I need to pay for the products and service I never used.

Refuses to respond to emails keeps trying to charge me!

I received an email that said to claim the scale but it didn't give me a link to claim it or a code I contacted you guys multiple times and never once got a response!

It took over a month for you guys to finally cancel my account even though I never used it when there should just be a button to click cancel on it.

because you're complete garbage!

I have to unplug and reboot my scale…

I have to unplug and reboot my scale every time I use it. Additionally, whenever I attempt to add postage, I receive an error code, but the postage is added within a couple of hours. I usually need to print stamps at the time that I add postage.

We would recommend making sure the scale’s cable is firmly connected on both ends. If possible, try a different USB port or power outlet. After rebooting the scale, close and reopen the mailing software you’re using. This can help re-establish communication between the scale and the system.

When you see the error code while adding postage, could you provide us with the exact code? This will help us pinpoint the cause. Even though the postage is eventually added, you should be able to use it immediately, so we definitely want to correct this behavior. We'd like to help. Stamps.com is predatory and a scam

Stamps.com is predatory and a scam. They advertise saving money and saving time by printing stamps at home. You have to pay for subscription then you have to pay for the sticker sheets of stamps. Then you have to pay a larger sum of money to print the stamps! Nowhere on the website does it advertise that after you purchase the stamps, you then have to pay to print at home. It literally just states you can print them at home with your subscription. I called and demanded a refund immediately. Don't waste your time or money.

Easy, Peasy postage

It is very simple to generate stamps in my office for all types of mail. There is no running to the Post Office and standing in line. Stamps. com lets me print the postage I need right from my computer.

EXPENSIVE SHIPPING CHARGES FROM STORE!!

Shipping charges from the store is way too expensive especially for the net stamps forms! Whoever heard of $10 for a few sheets of paper? I'm just about ready to call it quits with stamps.com!
