This company is involved in scamming and trying to steal people money. They have been trying to steal my money by charging my card for the last two years and I have NEVER used their service. I called customer service and explained that I had been for asking for over two years to cancel whatever account they have for me. This weirdo blocked my number and literally just attempted to charge my card again about ten minutes ago. If I find out who the owner of this company is he’s definitely getting sued!

We signed up as a fire department to mail our sponsorship letters. We were not able to print anything for numerous days. We followed all of their troubleshooting steps, called tech support which said "We are currently experiencing issues with some customers printing stamps" for several days, finally we made it through to customer support. We spent over an hour troubleshooting the issue. They blamed it on anti-virus software on a single computed although we tried it on three of our department computers that just ran standard Microsoft antivirus and it would not work. Anytime we tried printing envelopes it would just spin. The tech support team came to the determination that you should only print up to five different addresses at a time. Clearly if you are looking for a time-saving platform, this is not it.

Had no idea I had created an account until unwanted stuff showed up at my house and now have a credit card charge. Of course, company makes it difficult to figure out how to cancel. Awful experience!!

Stamps.com charges more than you can ship the package by going to ups or FedEx. Plus they charge a monthly fee. I do not recommend using this service.

you scammed 3 months ago i went on this app only for a cost of shipping , then i checked bank yesterday Lou made me subscribe for 3 months 20.99 fir 3 months without consent f ing refund me how u think this is okay bro im literally disabled

They make it hard as hell to cancel. It's pretty much impossible from the app. It's just circular "are you sure you want to cancel" over and over again.
If you're selling on eBay it's the same rates for free from them. It's a damn scam

They offered a 'free scale' which never came in, they don't seem to disclose the price you'll pay for stamps until you actually print them, so I don't know if it's even a deal or not. Most importantly they signed my company up for a $21/month program that I never used nor saw we signed up for. It's 2026, I've seen adult content websites that are less sleazy than how Stamps.com treated us.

They charge you after canceling your account and when you try to make a refund request they ask you go login. But, you can't login because they require you to close your account to get a refund. It's a cycle and seems to be a vicious recurring cycle they perform (lots of users on reddit had similar experience)

They are awful, and honestly if I could give them a zero star I would. I rely on my shipping to continue my business, it's a part of entire business model. This past summer I had horrible issues with glitches in their platform, I spent hours on the phone with customer service. I was able to talk to someone in customer service, but being honest, know one wanted to actually help me. So I cut off the relationship, and swear I closed the account. So randomly in October of 2025 they just started billing me again, which should be illegal. I am now working on my year end stuff and realized they never closed the account, but didn't charge me between July and October, but in October decided to start charging me again. Honestly, your platform sucks, your people suck, and I'm surprised you get any good reviews. I would highly recommend a different carrier if your business relies on sending packages.

Never seem to have any issues with the website for printing stamps or other services needed.

This appears to be a SCAM COMPANY. I clicked on a trial a while back and then was automatically charged $22.67 as I just found out today on my credit card! And they've done it twice already! My user ID is yarkadin78. I need a FULL REFUND as I never used stamps.com for anything. I sent a message online but got back an AI response and an automated message about my account persisting until the beginning of March even after canceled! It is February 7th as I write! This means that I will be charged a THIRD TIME. The website is buggy with empty popups and shows a cancellation date of "1969"! What the hell? I need this account closed ASAP! I already have two request IDs open: #9291243 and #9291221.

Everything about the website is fantastic. Easy to set up and very user friendly. Purchasing stamps is efficient and the billing simple

I didn't know it was a monthly subscription when I signed up to purchase stamps. I got 2 stamps and when I tried to purchase a stamp it said no funds. I already cancelled but I lost around $21.00

After you charged me without my consent for 6 months. After being on the phone for over 1 hour, you refuse to close my account. Awful service.

I get tired of having to change my password all the time. Now I don’t care what password you give me. I’ll never remember it.

Signed up for free plan and was charged $20 when I didnt click free trial. Authentication requires a card and theres supposed to be a temporary hold for $1 and they will not return the temporary hold until you dispute transaction and then 3 months later they sent me my $1 back.... After the bank already reimbursed me so now thanks to this site I get to deal with the bank again so the bank can get the $1 they reimbursed me back for the unauthorized transactions.
Don't waste time on this site its nothing but a information grab

I don’t like that I cannot add funds with the semi-free account
