I strongly advise avoiding this company.

I ordered two theatre drapes and a matching rail kit for an installation. The drapes arrived in different lengths — completely unusable together — and the rail kit was missing essential hooks, despite my clear request for everything required.

When I contacted customer service, I expected a quick resolution. Instead, I was told I’d have to send the incorrect curtain back before they’d even consider sending a replacement. No apology, no urgency, no ownership of the mistake.

Speaking to the MD of the company made no difference - It is clear what is the company ethos when the MD is not willing to resolve the problem amecably and promtly.

What should have been a straightforward installation has turned into a drawn-out and frustrating process, with multiple delays and unnecessary trips. Extremely poor after-sales support. Very disappointed.

Excellent service - quick and easy website to navigate, informative delivery options and reasonably priced.

Plonked our delivery right outside gates, on palettes, so couldn't open them - no phone call, nor confirmation of date for delivery. Dreadful service

Recently purchased audio microphones at the lowest price on the Internet. Fantatsic product and although there was an issue with the delivery time (I may not have received it on time when promised 5 days max) the gentleman who assisted me went out his way to help and got me the item delivered on time. Thoroughly recommend this company 👌

I placed an order for a cable and having done so I then realised that a shorter cable length would have been preferable. I dropped them an email through their web portal and got a very swift response from Jimmy telling me that wouldn't be an issue. The product arrived shortly after - now that was service!

Ordered a selection of cables online. Was called within minutes to tell me one of the cables was out of stock, but they could replace with a longer one at their expense. Order arrived next day, even though I'd only paid for the 'Saver' delivery and I wasn't really expecting to get them this side of Christmas.

I would never use this company again. Paid for special delivery and they said they would ask the driver to return which was a lie. We finally got the paint and it did not work on the surface we were trying to paint. Asked them for a refund and they refused saying that they did not have any other complaints. Even though I informed them that we used other paint from another supplier and it worked just fine. Terrible customer service, I feel like I need to fight with them to get anywhere.

I ordered about £100 of lighting gels, which unfortunately weren't delivered to the correct recipient, due to Royal Mail's incorrect handling- Stage Depot immediately offered a couriered replacement order, and were easy to reach over the phone throughout this process. Days later, after the shoot, the missing shipment has been located, and I look forward to returning it so no-one is left out of pocket. Their online gel selector / search engine is a pleasure to use. Great customer service!

Tin of Polyvine Metallic Paint £59.99! Utter waste of money

On opening the tin it was full of lumps, the bottom of the tin was solid with lumpy clots, impossible to use and covered badly. I have ordered this product before but not in a tin and its been fine for a long time. I contacted Stagedepot and they asked for photos; their first reply was has it been in contact with air? no it hadn't, was it kept in a shed? I don't have a shed, then their final reply a link to their returns policy which is 14 days and a suggestion that I sieve the remaining paint a recommendation from Polyvine. Unbelievable.
Don't waste your money and if you buy anything from this company open it within 14 days!
