Stay away from staffords cowboys.

These company is a scam. They will not fix your machine. If the machine do get fixed , you will recieve it with another fault. My kenwood chef machine head becane loose and it was rectified by Staffords cowboys and now the machine has came back with a different fault where the head is moving vertically. This Staffords ltd. Company is an absolute joke with least customer care or knowledge. I do not why the Kenwood is using this shambles company who have no idea whatsoever of appliances

Purchased a Beerwulf Blade beer tiller…

Purchased a Beerwulf Blade beer tiller from Beerwulf. Less than 6 months old. Beerwulf used them to sort the cooling issue. Item came back out the box with a beer gauge level not working, but cooling worked again. Item is being collected today to go to a different repair company. Very frustrating.

Shame you cannot give 0 stars!

Shame you cannot give 0 stars!! My Kenwood mixer was returned for a knocking noise, came back covered in scratches and dents!! Sent back via the absolutely useless Kenwood customer service (that’s another story) and it arrived back with the same dents!!!!!! I made sure I took photos before it left in the first place, after reading a review down below on here, so I know for sure it was them!!! Completely livid!!!

INCOMPETENCE-wrong vacuum returned post repair

No idea why Miele uses this company to service returns. We sent our Miele vacuum back on July 22nd and it came back August 6th. The vacuum returned to us was NOT OURS. Ours was bought direct from Miele in December 2024. The one sent back was bought at Currys in Nov 2023! And the vacuum sent back was not working...furious at this experience.

Disappointing Service and Unresolved Faults

I didn’t personally choose this company—Braun sent my steam iron to them under warranty. Unfortunately, the experience was far from reassuring. They provided no proactive updates; I had to call each time just to get basic information. When the iron was eventually returned, the same fault was still present.

What’s worse, there was conflicting information: Braun’s notes claimed there was “no fault,” yet the return slip from Stafford’s said a part had been replaced. That inconsistency felt suspicious and left me questioning the integrity of the repair.

The only positive was that they answered the phone quickly. Beyond that, I wouldn't choose to use this company myself.

Staffords retail outlet referred me to…

Staffords retail outlet referred me to their repair and reuse it sector of the company as I was reluctant to scrap my now 8 year old Tefal Steam generator iron. It has an automatic power cord rewind mechanism and had performed perfectly until late My 2025. All the new Tefal machines and other manufacturers don't now have this option. After booking it in with Repair it Reuse it at Knowsley I paid the advance fee, packed it up and sent it to them by courier. Within two weeks I was notified that it would be returned within a couple of days. The machine is now in almost new condition and works as well as it was when new. I received a full report from them on what had been done and has been an excellent experience from start to finish.

The absolute worst service ever!!

The absolute worst service ever!!! Why do Kenwood use these people? It has now put me off Kenwood / Delongi for life. My Kenwood stand mixer has been back to these people twice, first time came back full of scratches to the body. Now it has come back with yet more scratches, a different shade paint to the top section, a power cable half its original length and upon testing it gears making a terrible grinding noise. I would go so far as to say this isn’t even our machine we sent!! Obviously customer care means nothing to this company. Utter disgrace.

KMIX Repair

Needed to repair my Kenwood KMIX unit. Contacted Kenwood who put me through to Staffords. They were professional and efficient. Arranged the collection through DPD, kept me updated and then returned my unit and accessories in a timely fashion. Superb service - would highly recommend them

Krups bean to cup

Had an old coffee bean to cup Krups machine. Customer service was brilliant they have replaced 4 different parts and my machine was returned within 1 week. Fantastic job. Thank you. Will be recommending this company.

Untrustworthy and incompetent.

Sent them a Kenwood food processor which stopped working after 3 months. They did not repair it but rather have forced the control dial into a position that it engaged with the internal mechanisim. The dial is now virtually impossible to turn and grinds and crunches, the casing is filled with debris ( bits of plastic and screws that have been snapped off in the process and are visible through the air vents - didn't think that one through, if you are going to botch a job at least hide the evidence) The appliance is not safe to use yet it yet it carries a little sticker saying PASSED! What exactly? Quality control, electrical safety? - I think not.

Having been referred to Stafford’s by…

Having been referred to Stafford’s by Krupps, I would recommend them without reservation. The initial contact with the customer service was excellent, no hanging on the phone for ages, I was able to talk to someone who actually could give me answers and wasn’t just reading from a script.The machine was sent for repair and came back very quickly, unfortunately the issue was still there so I contacted them again and a new water reservoir was sent to me within two days. This still didn’t solve it so they immediately collected the machine ,did some more work and sent it back within a week, and it works perfectly. All this was included in the initial price that they quoted me.

Excellent, speedy service

Despite all the bad reviews, my experience was excellent. Smooth booking of the repair and collection via DeLonghi UK. I was told the turnaround time was typically 4 weeks. I had the coffee machine back in less than 2 weeks. Leak found and sorted. Machine returned clean and well packaged.

Didn't want to pile in with complaints too soon, but thius company is completely useless.

I sent in my Delonghi Sculptura machine for repairs originally in February 2023. It was returned eventually in May and was in much worse condition than it had originally been. Although it produced coffee, it leaked just about everywhere. It was clearly NOT the machine I had sent in as it was a different colour. Then some thing suddenly went pop inside and water flooded out onto the counter. so I returned it again within the repair guarantee period. I paid an extra fee for a new boiler. All went well, it was a bit noisy but produced coffee reliably and all seemed good. Then two days ago it refused to produce any coffee so I attempted to remove the boiler outlet filter in order to clean it. It had been screwed in so tightly it is impossible to remove it. And that is part of the user cleaning routine without which any guarantee is invalid. Now Staffords want another £64 to "repair" it again. What a ripoff! It is clearly their responsibility having tightened it too far. I have been prepared to allow this company some slack rather than pile in with the complaints straight away. But this really is the pits. And De Longhi themselves are worse than useless when it comes to repairs. They just don't want to know if it is out of guarantee.

I’ve been trying to call this company

I’ve been trying to call this company. They had my coffee grinder and allegedly posted it back but it hasn’t arrived. Called Staffords several times, they take my number for a call back and then…don’t call back. Very frustrated.

Received a broken Preloved Nespresso Machine…

Received a Preloved Nespresso Machine from Staffords as my one had encountered issues so Nespresso kindly said well send a refurbished ones as like for like. It arrived and it was missing the drip tray, capsule bin and the water tank. Then when I turned machine on and lifted the lid, the capsule holder was covered in lots of black granules old coffee and about 20ml water in the capsule holder. I cleaned it and tried to make a coffee but it wouldn't proceed it was demonstrating a red light!! I turned it off and on again and same thing happened. I immediately rang Nespresso and explained the issue and they were quick to apologise and said they would send out another one but Staffords were the ones who send the actual machine as refurbished as they are the repair and refurbish company but I just received someone's old dirty broken machine!! There is a reason why someone sent it back but it was never repaired or cleaned! Nespresso were shocked at this when I sent over the images and video as i rang them as soon as the DPD driver delivered it to me and me noticing the missing parts and the faulty machine itself. Nespresso are outstanding and never fail, but Staffords clearly need a team briefing about the products they send out on Nespresso behalf. Absolutely disgusting. Will never use staffords.

Great speedy service for Krupps coffee machine repair

Great, speedy repair service for our Krups coffee machine. Sent to Stafford’s on Thursday and was back with us Tuesday. I was concerned by the bad reviews and wondered if it would be returned packaged well but I need not have worried as it was well packaged. The repair was above expectations as they also replaced seals and our broken drip tray, when we only expected the led display to be replaced.

DeLonghi coffee machine repaired

I'll be honest... we'd had our non-working DeLonghi Scultura coffee machine sat on the side for around a year, as the only company that we could find to repair t was Staffords and I'd read all of the bad reviews.
In the end we just went for it and I'm SO glad that we did.
Staffords were fantastic all the way through the repair process, from initial consultation to return delivery.
I was told that the coffee machine would take around 5 weeks to fix (it was Christmas after all), but about 2 weeks after we'd sent the machine off to be repaired it was on its way back to us. We now have beautiful cappucino once again :)
I'm not disputing other people's bad experiences, but I can only comment on our excellent experience.

Had my blade beer machine repaired…

Had my blade beer machine repaired recently. The dreaded cooling issue had happened...

I was sceptical at first because of the amount of bad reviews, but have to say, can't fault the service. I contacted the company directly to ask abojt the progress of the repair, and received quick responses.. even had tracking link provided when the machine was returned to me

My machine took about 2 and a half weeks to come back to me, and came back in the same condition it left in(i know there have been previous issues reported).

Hopefully I'll be able to pour perfect pints for a long time to come 😌
