Michelle has completed a variety of courses and most recently attained the Level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy. She aims to facilitate your wellness through massage therapy using a person centred approach. Whether you are seeking treatment for pain, to support recovery from an injury or to relax, unwind, and restore balance to the mind and body, there is something for everyone. She is now undertaking a course in Evidence Based Pain Management for Massage Therapists to further progress her knowledge, in order to better support her clients suffering from chronic/persistent pain. I have been going to Michelle now for a while and I usually have a hot stones massage or an Indian head massage. I always feel very comfortable with Michelle she is very professional but also very friendly and puts you at ease straight away.After my treatment I always feel very relaxed and chilled out,the whole experience is excellent

Michelle is a great massage therapist who is very knowledgeable and professional. I always feel great after I’ve been to see her. Recently I was diagnosed with a lifelong condition which she researched to check I could still do massages and what the requirements would be for her and me to be able to continue with my sports massage. I can’t rate her enough.
I went to Michelle with shoulder a pain in my side. Michelle was excellent she knew exactly which area was causing the problem. I had several sports massages which treated the problem and now still attend periodically to help maintain. Michelle is lovely, approachable and professional. I would highly recommend.

Michelle is an exceptional therapist and highly qualified.
Before I found her I'd visited others but they didn't really offer a tailored service, more of a one size fits all.
I have been seeing Michelle for a few years now. I have Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and I can't really explain how much she has helped me. I've had a few different treatments and I have a monthly Indian Head Massage. She tailors the treatment depending on how I feel on the day. So lighter massage if I have more pain.
She is very knowledgeable, calm and professional but also a good listener and wants to get to know about her customers so she finds the best way to support then through her treatments.
Her therapies have helped me through so much including bereavement.
I highly recommend Michelle and have bought sessions for family and friends as gifts.
She offers a calm setting and I leave feeling lighter and calmer
