The other reviews here say it all. Phone support goes to India, hard to understand with a lot of background noise.
Called there twice. Once I was calling technical support. Got redirected to somebody else, then he mentioned I had to contact sales. So I called again to sales, the lady mentioned you need to contact sales?? I am already contacting sales, but apparently they needed to inform the technical team behind sales, because she didn't know.
I had a couple of questions eventually sent over the mail. The answers they gave were not very helpful. I had to rephrase the question in the hope they understand what I am questioning. I am still waiting for a response. I will order my SSL certificate somewhere else.
