My name is Julien Basically I haven’t received my item till now which is one week late then how he supposed to be and when I did contact them they told me your problem with the delivery company( Hermes) not with us but I did buy the item from you not from the delivery company you’re the one who dealing with them not me, so is a really and helpful customer service and they don’t care I haven’t had my refund I haven’t had my item so they just did all my money.

Great company, very well priced supplements cheaper than I can find elsewhere. Every order I’ve made has been delivered on time with first class customer service.

I ordered a pair of 50kg Ironman Rubber Hex Dumbbells and they arrived one day later as advertised. The quality of them is excellent despite being considerably cheaper than everywhere else online. I cannot fault anything and can confidently recommend SS Healthfoods to anyone else thinking of buying dumbbells from them.

First order was not very good, company resolved the problem and were very good and professional with my 2nd order. Thanks sshealthfoods.

Got it in good time and no issues

I have ordered from this company previously and everything has been fine. However, on this occasion, only one out of two identical items ordered was delivered. I have emailed twice to have either the second item delivered or a refund and, on both occasions, have received no response at all. I'm now in the position of asking Barclaycard to recover the money from SS Healthfoods. I really would not recommend buying anything from this company. They don't seem to be very well-organised and are obviously not interested in putting right their mistakes.

Brilliant service. Ordered 10kg dumbbells yesterday and had them arrive today on a Saturday with free delivery. Can't believe I got them so quickly.

After initially receiving the wrong product and then having corresponded with the company, All was rectified and dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

Almost immediate response from initially emailing a query. Very polite and responsive via their facebook page no problems. Very reasonable, fair prices. Items have been delivered before expected delivery. Overall a very good experience!

I have to give SSHealth a big ‘shoutout’ as I found the product I wanted at a reasonable price, paid the delivery charge and my product was delivered today, less than 24hrs later. Well done SS Healthfoods

Packed very well, arrived next working day. I did have an issue with online ordering, I didn’t get a confirmation email or anything until a few days but this was due to bank holiday; it would have been reassuring to get an email to say they received my order right away. The website was a little slow however I used the mobile site. Overall great products, great prices and good delivery

I ordered a 5kg weighted bar on Saturday morning with next day delivery. As it was weekend and bank holiday too, I wasn't expecting it before Wednesday, which was fine. Within an hour or so of putting in my order I received a phone call from them apologising that they didn't have a 5kg bar in stock. The man said that I could have a 6kg or a full refund. I said the 6kg would be fine. On Sunday morning I got a text to say my parcel would be delivered by 11am.
I am really pleased with the product and very impressed with the service I received.
I would definitely recommend them and will certainly buy from them again. 🙂

I ordered using 'next day' knowing that it isn't guaranteed currently. My order was placed on the 18th late in the evening and it was delivered on the 20th. Since it was so late in the day, this is effectively next day.
Packaging wasn't the best but partly that may be due to the courier opening and then resealing it.
