Least reliable.firm

They are good only while booking the property. Once the payment is made and the project stops in between you can't expect any sort of help from them. They will disappear and no contacts.
I have invested in two projects through square yards. Axis blue studio and other one is lake city. Both are in Goa. Now both the projects halted. 90 percentage payment made. Square yards are not in picture now. We have to deal the legal fight ourself. More than 100 party's are facing the same.probkem. they are not reliable at all. Actually I should give zero star, unfortunately no option. Don't invest by believing square yards.

Excellent

Mr. Prateek is very humble and polite person. Whenever I approach him, he respects and responds positively. Indeed in some cases I forgot after raising queries, he follows up with others for feedback and provides me continuous updates. .

Customer relationship associate is good

Customer relationship associate is good. The guys from squareyard are helpful in understanding the property value, amenities and throughout the agreement process. I want to mention about Munaf, Vishal and team for the great work. Hoping to get the same support from them in the future as well (especially in re-sale).
