What happened to ‘new’...

Although my issue was sorted very quickly, my purchase was compromised by damaged laces. The cynical side of my nature thinks that they were knowingly sent damaged, the fix was a set of black laces (for my blue shoes) or send them back... Sending s??t back is a pain, probably would not use again. Once bitten and all that.

I can assure you that we never would have sent them out to you if we had noticed this issue on dispatch, we would have contacted you to either refund the order or send an alternative depending on your preference. If the shoes have not been worn and you would rather send them back for a refund we can arrange a collection at no cost to you. Please get in touch if this is something you would like to do.

Speedy delivery and the boots look…

Speedy delivery and the boots look great at a fair price. Haven’t tried them on an actual board yet but everything else has been great.
