Talked me down from ending my life multiple times. I spoke to Sam, he was so helpful. Signposted me to more help for when the helpline is shut which has been a lifesaver. Can’t believe this charity relies on donations! I’ve set one up monthly to help them out. Truly appreciate you all, you are angels on earth.

Another sham of a helpline which is of no help . Talk at people in a stupid and condescending manner and delude themselves in their false sense of position-
