They are amazingly irresponsible. I've submitted information for state tax return filing in April 4, but haven't got the form ready by April 15. They refused to refund. There is no explicit disclosure that state tax return will take 5 business day to prepare before you pay, and they even failed to deliver within "what they promised" 5 working days. I had to prepare for my state tax return by myself at the very last minute - which was extremely distressful. There customer service was also abnormally horrible. What they care is to make you up to payment, and that's all. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service. I'll never use it again, and hope nobody goes through similar experience.

They are not able to support the number of requests they receive. I have been waiting for 4 days for my forms and the deadline is tomorrow and yet they won't tell me if they will or will not have it ready for me in time. They have no one you can talk to over the phone. If you can't support more than a certain number of people then don't take their money.

They are not understanding personal circumstances. Sprintax did not disclose that in case of the IRS not accepting my efile, I would have to pay an additional $40 (on top of $140 for Sprintax) to mail my documents. This is absolutely ridiculous. I should have went to an in person appointment. They do everything for you and I would have saved $50. Very disappointing experiences.

It was one of the worst experiences i've ever had in my life. For a 455 dollars tax refund (j-1 work and travel) i've payed 100 dollars for sprintax and since sprintax doesn't support e-file for non-residents like me, i payed 150 dollars for global delivery of my documents. We are living in 2026 and you guys still expect me to pay 250 dollars for a proccess i can deal with a 20 dollars ai subscription (I understand 150 dollars for delivery is not for sprintax but sprintax left me no option other than this since there is no e-filing). Only reason i was doing my tax filing with sprintax is because its the only legit way for j-1 students like be but it was a nightmare. Hope i will never have to use sprintax ever again

he did not read my respond that I sent after his response in like 30 seconds
He has a good job where he can get easy money by just ignoring customers
After this I got routed to Ai chat bot and had to wait another 30+ minutes
