Defective Denon DCD 1520

The device (Denon DCD‑1520) arrived defective and was poorly packaged: not properly secured in the box and sent without any “fragile” indication for the carrier. For equipment this delicate, local repair is in my view the only responsible option, yet Springair offered no cooperation. Their communication was unfriendly and not solution‑oriented. I will now have the device repaired locally myself, but my trust in how Springair handles fragile audio equipment is gone. Think carefully before placing an order here.

Used Yamaha CX-2 Preamp

I wanted to update my 2 channel Hifi-system and I wanted the matching preamp for my Yamaha MX-1 poweramp, but the CX-1 is hard to find in the European 220V version, so I chose the littlebrother CX-2 which still is a very decent preamp!

I still think the price is a bit high, but then again they have warranty and and it is in very good shape and came with original owners manual.

I reviewed the preamp today, and it works flawlessly!

It’s second time I had bought audio from Spring Air, and I have nothing bad to say about this company..

I ordered my speakers before reading…

I ordered my speakers before reading reviews, which then made me anxious: will it be ok? Did I make a mistake?
But they arrived and they work fine. So... it is OK!
They lost one star because the delivery guy did not want to bring the package up and left it in the hallway...

Springair.de Order

I ordered a digital amplifier from them, the order arrived in Slovakia. Everything was perfect. The packaging was sturdy and good. The amplifier was tested before shipping. The packaging was original with all accessories. It also included a manual. The amplifier worked perfectly after unpacking. Not a single error occurred. It has been working perfectly ever since. The inside of the amplifier was also perfect like new. It wasn't tampered with, everything was original. Thank you very much. It was a good purchase. I was not disappointed in them.

Bad contact

Bad contact, they take advantage with very high and untraceable shipping costs. To be avoided. Only use PayPal because problems are usual with this merchant.

I buy a broken Akai GX-75 mkII from…

I buy a broken Akai GX-75 mkII from Spring Air. The picture of the item, was strange. It look like it has suffered water damage on the front of the unit. I kindly ask the seller if that was the case, and if he will accept 65 euro for this cassette deck. The answer was strange! He will not tell my what the fault was with this deck and if it has suffered water damage and the price was not to change. I ask him again why he cant tell me if it water damage or not or what the fault was on the deck. The answer again was i should look in the first mail what he wrote and if i cant accept this, then we wont get in business. I was very confused why he wont tell me what the fault is or if it is water damage. Well i toke the chance and buy it, and i was in luck. No water damage. The cassette tray was broken, just need to reassemble, adjust the timing of the mecha and resold som dry joints. New belts and pinch roller and the unit was playing in its glory. But im still very confused about the seller. Its feel like he don't want to give any kind of service and sound like a very old grumpy man! I feel sorry for his business, because THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN IT!!!! If i will trade my customer the same way, even if they are very rout some times, then my repair shop will not run that well like it runs today. ALWAYS SOUND HAPPY AND KIND AND GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE BEST SERVICE AS POSSIBLE, EVEN IF YOU ARE VERY MAD OR NEAR EXPLODING OF A ROUT OR VERY STUPID CUSTOMER - THAT is my advice for you mr. Marc Zakolowski...

I bought a vintage Luxman Amplifier L45a

I bought a vintage Luxman L45a Amplifier, advertised on Kleinanzeigen from this company, what a shower of chancers, it was advertised as fully refurbished, (3 times this was verified to me in messages) nothing was done to it, I had to open the amp, as a technician I examined the unit and had to clean and service the potentiometers all corroded and distorted sound,(at my own expense) no components changed,it was original like left factory only then it was working, there was also a hiss on the phono board, I would never recomend anyone to buy from this shower of gangsters, i asked for money back not entertained, i asked to see the job card in relation to the service of item,i was told not company practice, I was also told i would not be entertained further because of my tone.i had to result in making a claim through paypal for refund and lay at the loss of cost of return shipping for an item sold under false pretenses. Do NOT BUY or support this company your hard earned money can be spent better elswhere, where you will get what you pay for.

I cannot recommend this company!

Unfortunately a very bad experience! Bought equipment for almost 1500 euros which was stated as error free but had a defective function when testing it. The company did not want to compensate for this unless I bought equipment for another 500 euros to get a discount! The dialogue with the company was perceived as very tedious and they threatened with their lawyer with the phrase "Have fun with our lawyer". This is not how you behave in front of your customers! This is not a company I would return to!

Great!!!

Everything it's great, communication, expedition, and an excellent double packaging extremly save for a reel to reel machine, i appreciate a lot.

No Service at all

I bought a RM-S703 (100 euros) remote for my TA-F707ES, cd function not working for my x505es, x559es or any other Sony Es cd-players, even a servicecenter in Denmark said that this remote does not work!
Marc Zakolowski, owner of springair.de wrote that he was sorry that I bought the wrong remote, well I must say that Im sorry that I bought the right remote at the wrong site!
