Their website is easy to use, very intuitive. There is a large variety of items to choose from. Prices seems pretty cheap but after you design it your way, it is not so cheap after all. 5 big stars going to their fast delivery cause I got the order max 4 days after the purchase. I was really happy.
The quality of the fabric and print is very good. I was a little worried if the package would arrive on time, (In the meantime, the delivery date has been postponed by a few days )but luckily it did.
I ordered a package for christmas, they said “your order got chipped 13th of december” i shouldve got it the 18th. Never got it. Now i try to get into contact friday and they responded, very nice but after that i send 2 mails. Didnt hear anything for 2 days. I send another one today and i still didnt hear anything. Never ordering again. Waste of my money.

I ordered a T-shirt on December 12 and initially I received the information that I would get my package either on the 15th or 16th! Then it changed for 17th or 18th! Today is the 20th and no package has arrived! Because they don’t share any tracking information I have no idea where my package is….this is extremely upsetting especially because it was a Christmas present! I wrote them an email and it will take 2 to 3 business days to get an answer and they will tell me that they also don’t have a way to find my package because they don’t send it with tracking…

I ordered a designed shirt on the 9th of December and it was estimated to arrive the 16th. After I placed my order I saw that I couldn’t follow it because I didn’t pay for this.
I had my patience and e-mailed the service, but no response. This is a gift for Christmas but it looks like it isn’t coming or lost somewhere. I’m quite disappointed since this also wasn’t cheap.

Great service quality products many choices and quick delivery!
Ordered on 4 december a t-shirt as gift. Received confirmation at 9th december, but no shipment details. Had patience, but looked and on the site was stated that my package was delivered on the 11th of december. Me and my neighbours received nothing. this gift was for the 17th of december. And I have nothing. Emailed, but only received AI message, still no solution.
Also tried to call the company, no response was given.
I am quite disappointed.

Ordered a custom hoodie and sadly got one that had a bad print. Something must’ve gone wrong. I contacted the customer service and they told me I could get a new one or a refund. I decided to go for a new one and received it today. This one is actually fine. The print looks really good now!

Ordered a Hoodie to gift my brother in law (07-10). It did not arrive as promised on 15-10 at the latest. I practiced patience, asked my neighbours and only emailed them on 18-10 to receive a reply today 21-10 telling me to wait 'a bit longer' until the end of the week before they would send a new item. As it was meant to be a gift, It feels bad and needless to say, it is far beyond the service I expected/had hoped for. I would have been happy to pay for tracked postage to make sure my gift was time.
* Added on 29.10- It would have been great if you actually would have prioritized my new shipment (express with TT as customer service had promised by mail). We have 2 more days to go this month and after 23 days...i have not yet received anything!

Ordered twice on this website.
First time all was oke. So ordered again.. specifically selected an express shipping in order to be able to get everything in time before my vacation. When close to delivery date nothing has changes in the status, i reached out to customer service and they confirmed that everything is fine and i will be able to get my order in the interval i selected. Today (the last day of this interval) i reached out again and got a response that "the order has now been reactivated and placed back into the fast-track queue".. but still they will not be able to deliver it in time.. (which is in a day-two). So despite of confirmation via email etc i am not getting my order. And no option for 1-day delivery to fix their f*#k up was offered or smth.
I don't have any questions to the quality based on my previous order, but if you are looking for something done in time - they are not your guys. In the end - order to refund and lots of disappointment.

Very happy with the service and outcome of the customised shirt design!
I did not put the right adress in, and emailed them where my shipment was. They sent it to me again at no extra cost, altough it was my fault
I had one design for a tanktop and a sweater. The pink colour is fine on the sweater, but it is awful on the tanktop. Wouldn't call it pink. The sweater has letters that have white bits around them. So the printing isn't done neatly.
