Very bad product delivered; not at all as shown on the picture on the website.

The "Tung Anti Bird Netting" is very thin with very bad quality (breaks very easily) and nothing like the picture on the website.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I ordered replacement pedals for my stationary bike 6 weeks ago. According to the tracking information, my package has been held up at customs for more than two weeks. I've tried contacting the company to inquire about the product and potentially get a refund, but there is no contact information, and no matter which selection I choose on the inquiry form (the only way to raise a concern), I end up with a button that says, "enquiry resolved!" This company is nothing more than a huge scam. Avoid if you can - I wish I would have read all these reviews before ordering a product from them.

Be careful. If you need to return an item, they require you to return to an address in China and pay the postage yourself.

Even one "star" is too much. Worst experience EVER. It was mentioned, delivery within 1-2 days. After six weeks the tracking ID, which I only received demand, showed me the return of the shipment to China. Did not get my money back until now...

Appalling - wish I had done some research before I bought from them! I ordered a bike seat which, when it finally turned up was nothing like what was advertised and was a horrible cheap alternative. Total scam and can’t contact them. Am going to have to claim back from my credit card which is a total pain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

Scam!!!! You pay and they say it is deliverd!!!! Never arrived. And they want you to make an account to know where is your package. Don't do that and don't agree with there terms!!!!!!!!!! Bad people

I was totally misled re delivery as it said delivery would be 2-3 days then I get an email saying it would be 10-14 days and was coming from china! Also Spirts megastore is a company owned by Frugo! If I had known this I would never have ordered from it! I have tried to cancel the order for a refund but they refuse saying it’s on way

Utter garbage. Do not sell products that match the description. Bought a yoga hammock which is so small it is impossible to actually construct this as any form of usable yoga swing! Customer service terrible just insisting they sell to the description. A description and it being impossible to use for the purpose are two entirely different things. Don't use this company - ripoff merchants.

I Ordered a Shimano XT 12 speed chain Cn-m8100! It arrived after a week and instantly recognised it as a fake! Different colour case, no authenticity label, instructions blurred photo copy! Annoyed and angry!!! Emailed them straight away with photos and what I knew, Fruugo who handles the payment! Fruugo gave me a refund within 12 hours and said they’ll investigate as they don’t tolerate this! Hopefully not, please be aware peeps

Beware - they withdraw money from your account before you have completed the checkout! Now I have to chase down a refund for a purchase that I never even made!

Purchased what was advertised as a shock doctor mouthguard - low grade non brand mouthguard arrived direct from China ….. this must be illegal ???
