I gave one star only because there is no option for zero star. The level of service is absolutely pathetic and far beyond what I would even consider poor customer service.

I deposited R509 with the intention of gambling, I lost R9,while gambling and was left with R500, which I then requested to withdraw via e-wallet. At the time, it was clearly stated that withdrawals take up to 24 hours.

After several days with no payment received, I logged in to check and discovered that my withdrawal had been cancelled. I then attempted to withdraw again using my bank account, but the request was declined. Shortly after, I received an email requesting that I explain why I was withdrawing my own money, which I found unreasonable but complied with anyway.

I replied immediately, clearly stating my reasons. I was then told to wait 24 to 48 hours. Instead of receiving my funds, my account was locked a few minutes later and remains locked to this day. I have still not received my R400.

I have sent multiple follow‑up emails and have received no response whatsoever. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.

I wish I had read the reviews before depositing. Only £20 but feel like I've been ripped off. Casino are dead spins. I'm so upset with sites like these . No incentive to deposit another penny. If you’re reading this don’t bother. Sporting bet don’t deliver anything they promise. If the Gambling Commission are reading this, this place needs to investigated and shut down. They have their own rules which certainly doesn’t mirror the set guidelines.

How are these companies legally allowed to operate its absolutely baffling. This is the problem with gambling commision they just allow these thieving companies to just do what they want. Worst of the worst experience. They accepted my money when I deposited funds. They verified my account and allowed me to use the site. Then when I win money they get all weird and verify account which I supplied details required. I won over £471 and wanted to withdraw that. Then my account got closed no reason given and funds seized. I asked for a reason and an email with customer support and they ended the chat. The worst service I have ever seen. Please don’t use this site, they are robbing winners of funds and giving no reason for account closure while seizing funds. All they say is it’s a reason on the terms and conditions but there are over 27.4 different clauses there so I’m none the wiser.

This company blocked my account for no reason when I deposited 20 pounds then they reopened my account after extra checks I had a little win pressed withdraw so they have now blocked me again be careful they will scam you also they refused my documents

I trusted Sportingbet to respect the responsible gaming limits, but they allowed me to deposit far beyond the regulated amount. This is a clear violation of German gambling regulations.

Other reputable betting sites acknowledged similar issues and refunded the excess deposits, but Sportingbet refuses to take responsibility. Even after the GGL confirmed that their system failed to enforce limits properly, they continue to ignore my requests for a fair resolution.

THEY ARE SCAM

I opened an account on Monday 17th depositing £30. I did five bets of £5 with a total return of £13.80. On Tuesday the 18th I went to have a bet on the site and placed a stake of £10. I was informed that I had been restricted to a stake of 84p. I am old enough to be aware of gambling problems and the effects they can have, but to restrict someone to a stake of 84p is a joke and an insult. I am more than happy to provide photographic evidence of their customer service. This is not a slur job on Sportingbet as I actually thought their site was aesthetically pleasing and well set out. They are in fact the only bookmaker to restrict me and I have been betting since the days when you had to pay 10% betting tax.

They don't give out cash outs when your bet slip is left with one game
