Amazing, love this place
Amazing company for imports that are hard to find in the UK, have so much variety for mafex and shf! I’ve ordered 3 figures from them already and all have been packaged VERY well and sent delivered in fast time, I’ll always come back and support the store whenever I need some more imports!

Absolute shambles…
Absolute shambles…
Sent a faulty product… fine, it happens, they don't manufacture the figures, so I don't hold that against them but what happened next has been an absolute mess.
Emailed them with full details and asked for a return…
No response
Chased them 2 weeks later,
Received a response a week later advising that they would send a return label the next day..
We’re now 3 weeks later and no return label has been sent, so all in all 6 weeks in and Im still at a loose end
I’m now having to mess around looking at raising a chargeback against the payment because Im getting nowhere
I see the positive reviews in here, so it looks like the company is all good when orders go well but god help you if there is even the slightest hiccup and you need support because their customer service is shambolic

As stated in the email sent earlier, we attempted to send the returns label on the 10th of April, but it seems this did not go through properly. As we were not aware of this, we were waiting for a reply from you, which caused the delay.
We have sent a new returns postage label to your inbox, and this was sent a few hours before this review was left, so please do check your emails when you get a chance.
Once the item has been returned, we will process the refund.
A chargeback should not be necessary, as we are more than happy to resolve this directly and get this sorted for you.

Was a bit sceptical at first as I’d never heard of this place before. Trying to find Mafex and/or SHF figures in the uk can be quite the challenge and expensive. But here there’s loads of options with surprisingly really good and affordable prices compared to many other places. Ordered and received within 2 days.
