Horrible site. Poor pay-out, no email contact, very poor customer service in chat. Really, stay away they are not worth spending money in here.

I made 3 withdrawls over the course of a a week totally 2600$ i spent over 5000$ in 2 months . They have not paid paid me out and do not answer emails back . It is frustrating . There bot ava does not allow you to talk to an agent . I officially will report the app to apple as a scam . They are just taking peoples money .

absolutely shit site, they won’t let you verify your account until you make a withdrawal and when you do upload your verification documents they will take forever to review them, and once your account is verified and your withdrawal is being processed they make you wait days to make the withdrawal go thru and they will use multiple excuses to not pay by saying stuff like i need to change withdrawal method, etc, and if you try and make a ticket you have to wait 30mins till you actually reach someone, and each time you ask for a withdrawal status they will say different stuff every time just to not pay. they r a scam

I signed up gave them all my personal information and then I was immediately blocked from depositing. I am unable to get through to their live chat no matter how long I wait(I waited 3 hours and no one joined the chat) They have no support email listed anywhere on the website so I can’t even close my account at this point or ask why I am unable to deposit.

i was told 4 different times my withdrawal was put on high priority for processing and it’s been 2 weeks. awful service never using this site again. i don’t think i’m ever getting the money

I don't understand all the bad reviews , I just got the withdrawal , first withdrawal , it took a couple days like it tells you they do pay though ,of course I will keep updated ,they do though

It has been 10 days since withdrawal from spin palace was successful. So I had no problems with verifying ID and documents and the withdrawal came up with successful $2000.00. I started to get worried after 7 days as that was the timeframe said on website for bank transfers. I have been emailing them daily and have had no reply at all or any contact. The online live chat wasn't helpful at all. I really don't think I will be getting my money from them. They shouldn't be running the company if they going to do that to people. I joined them through an affiliate link from a tiktoker here in NZ. Update : been 15 days still haven't heard from them or been paid out.

I made several deposits and never won. I finally hit a jackpot and on the slots and when I tried to withdraw my winnings of 10, 000.00 they refused to pay me.

Very bad site. Stay away. Deposits always have a problem and they don't have a livechat for support. I can't count how many times I've made a deposit and the deposit never shows up. And the kicker is they don't accept screenshots. And the live chat bot don't give any information on where to send the bank statements etc. Useless site that only steals your money. False advertising to the max on spinpalace.com. and when you do get money on there somehow beware of all the kickers of withdrawal. They make you update your information every time for withdrawal. Avoid them and jackpot city their affiliates.

It was great at first but as you play it seems the payouts get less and less at this casino. At least at the beginning of play I enjoy hours of playing and even win a little, now it is never. Time to move on, sad because I've played at this casino for years, not sure if its new ownership, either way I don't recommend this casino to anyone.
