Advertised a bonus offer for signing up and depositing £10. I signed up, new customer, deposited £10 (with the code). no offer reward. I messaged customer service and they said it was because they had instantly barred my account from promotions with no explanation they could provide. Withdraw limit is £20 so can’t even withdraw your deposit which is illegal. What a scam! Had to fight tooth and nail for them to refund it. What a waste of time aye
