I have never rated anything on the internet before, but just have to do it here.
If I could give 10 stars out of 5 then I would.
I started with a VPN only sub, but had a few problems configuring with all my devices. As I was struggling a bit, the more than helpful guys at Spidervpn switched me into a pre configured router. What can I say. Plug and play - straight in. No worries. Great speed and looks stable.

Only had this a week or so, had a bit of a problem initially but after putting a ticket in on SpiderVpn client area I was called back virtually straight away. My problem was sorted within 15 minutes & all is well. Thank you to all at SpiderVpn great service with understanding IT engineers who care about there customers. It was so simple to register, the router got delivered later in the same week, I’m really happy with my decision to change, would recommend to any one.

Bought VPN end Nov. Not being tech-minded found that it no effect on my streaming speed. Contacted VPN customer service. Within a short time, they put me on the right track. My IPTV is not suffering the severe buffering it recently encountered. Many thanks to the team. Highly recommended.

Simple registration process and very reasonable monthly fee for complete piece of mind and protection. Router arrived quickly and is literally plug and play (actually less hassle than my ISP router!)

Well started to go bad and got very frustrated but in the end, all ok and working, my fault as I was putting a wrong password which is easily done, so check before you start ranting, I get remote help and it relieved a lot of stress as I have stuff going on thank you Spider VPN for the patients to get me sorted. I would recommend this to anyone

Product did exactly what i wanted it to and easy to get set up... great wifi range and no need to set up on different devices like my old product

This really is a superb router.
It doesn't replace my VirginHub but I was shocked that it actually had a better wireless range.
I'm fussy about speeds and can see that it is not as fast as my normal broadband when I'm next to the router but because it boosts signal it delivers comparable speeds in other areas of my home.
The encryption is great, I've tested for leaks and it works every time and performance is good for a device of this size.
I have mine hooked up to my PlayStation, TiVo and Fire Stick and it works well.
Would be good if it could fully replace your ISP router but with the added signal range I'm not complaining. Works great with Netflix too
