WOULD NEVER USE - ZERO STARS - NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SUPPORT

Could not rate this website as a zero star as that is how good they are. I cancelled their service on the day of the purchase 28-Aug-22, As per their policy I am entitled to cancel within 7 days.
I requested a refund and they said they didn’t have proof of payment I then sent them the PayPal transaction ID as they requested and I have not heard from them since, either positive or negative, this is now over 2 weeks ago. I also opened a case on PayPal and they have also not responded to them. I am out of pocket by £75.67. I would never ever purchase anything from them again.

I have only given 1 star as it wont let…

I have only given 1 star as it wont let me give less.
technical support is dire, they suspended my service saying payment had not gone through, paypal and the bank says it had and i showed them the proof, they had not got back in touch after 2 days to get me back on line so I cancelled it and went elsewhere, I cant stand incompetence.
you can get better for cheaper.

Unable to load subscriptions

I have this vpn. I tried to sign up an account for my father in law. It stated a 10 day free trial on my fire stick. And 3.99 per month there after. The vpn will not log in. Keeps saying unable to load subscriptions. So I can't use it.

Like many previous customers

Like many previous customers, I looked forward to my Spidervpn, but that outlook very soon changed after i started having problems with my Router from the start.
The info provided to set the gear up was worse than useless, and nothing they explained worked as it was supposed to!! After many wasted hours/days trying to get this vpn to work reliably, i gave up and called it a day. The many messages to the support often yielded poor to no help, And to summarise, I would say to any prospective customers, Stay away from this outfit, it is a bit of the wild west, you will not like the outcome, I am out of pocket, with no way of getting a refund, it is clear that these guys are crooks, you have been warned.

After several Man hours of support the router cables turned out to be not plugged in correctly, now the fact you leave us a 1 star review , when this was clearly not our fault seems to be typical defective behaviour due to your incompetence. We have offered a full refund if you retuned the router to us in which you refused. We have been diligent and completely supportive of your situation from the second you received the SpiderConnect Router. However some users can’t be helped. More then likely you are a competitor trying to tarnish our reputation.

Over a year & still happy!

Very happy with the service after a year of using.
If you get an odd blip, the team are always there to help.
They encourage you to work things out yourself with well written walk-throughs.
Normally that does the trick & also helps enable the user - but if needed they will also do a remote session & sort things themselves.
All in all, I can only say from my own experience that I am very happy with the product & that they honestly have a great team.
5 deserved stars.

Great easy to use VPN

Great easy to use VPN. Does its job effectively. Had to contact customer support for an issue I had & it was dealt with speedily and efficiently. I have no problems whatsoever recommending Spider.

Over a year now and going strong.

I have been with these guys for over a year now and I can say that customer service has been fantastic from day 1 up to now. I hope it stays this way when my vpn renew is due and I will stay with them for sure. Nathan’s customer support is fast,fair and fantastic getting you the best deal and support you can have. 24/7

It works and works well....

Had the Spider Pro router for over a year now, works fantastic. Plug and play so easy to get up and running. Easy to change locations with your phone or laptop, I'm no tech genius.
Help always on hand and very quick to resolve any issues or questions.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. Paid my money which was £28.49. Waited three days and nothing so contacted support then was told we are sorry the routers are out of stock and we will get them on 15th of Oct. at this point I am not happy as they took my money knowing they could not honour my order. I then say close my account and send me a refund. The refund was sent but I got a really awful message saying our customers are happy with our service however some customers are impatient and that’s up to them. I am horrified to be spoken to this way. Don’t go with this company I feel the first issue you get you will be spoken to like rubbish. If you do choose them good luck

Don’t count on 24/7 support

It’s great when it works but when it’s down customer support really lacks. They love to advertise 24/7 customer support which is not true. Two year subscription about to end and will not renew because of their customer/technical support system
