An all round good purchase
The delivery was on time and the packaging was really good. The Butter chicken kit was very good with plenty of te spices.I used the recipe in the box and both my son and i enjoed it and definitely want to make it again

Love the range of small tins, fabulous quality, price and choice
Love the range of small tins and such great spices to make meal times easy and delicious. We’ve already made fantastic Italian chicken pasta with the Italian seasoning and Chicken Shwarma wraps. You can’t beat the quality, choice and flavour.

Your spices are second to none
Your spices are second to none and I have been a loyal customer for a long time and will continue to prioritise you. Delivery couldn't have been quicker and, as always, well wrapped. I do wish you still did a wider range of individual spices as I miss being able to buy eg Ginger powder, Ceylon cinnamon, black pepper, fennel seeds etc from you. Whilst your spice mixes are excellent, I still prefer to mostly mix my own.

Super spices!
Easy to order and quick delivery. The middle east spice tin comprised some flavoursome and unusual spices and the presentation is very nice. It has extended the range of dishes in my repertoire and the recipe booklet is very useful too. Great idea for a gift at any time!

Paid by Apple Pay and then was told…
Paid by Apple Pay and then was told there were still items in my bag. Got an email back saying this was not us you have purchased from. Looks like it’s a cafe in the a Birmingham area !!
Spent all weekend being worried I had been scammed. Only to receive another email saying ‘ sorry, that was us ‘ very frustrating and ineccessary. May never use this company again “, despite loving their products. No compensation given not even a complimentary pot of chutney !

We are so sorry about this – the reason you received an email from us saying it wasn’t us is because the first email you sent us was a screen shot of your banking transactions, it says ‘eating out’ against the transaction which led my colleague to believe this was a payment you had made to a restaurant or food establishment, as it didn’t include any email confirmation or order number it wasn’t possible for us to identity this as an order from us.
It was only once you had sent the second email with the order confirmation and order number, we were able to see this was an order with us, which is the email I responded too.
We genuinely are a family business that cares, which makes it even more disappointing that I caused you that stress. That wasn’t the experience you deserved, particularly as a returning customer.
Thank you for coming back to us, and again, I’m truly sorry for the confusion and worry I caused.
