Used spex4less 3 times, very happy every time.
I've now used spex4less three times and have been very happy with the service every time, including the latest set of prescription glasses where the optician gave me an incorrect prescription and spex4Less dealt with the issue as well as anyone could hope. I now have a new perfect set of bifocal prescription Ray Bans. You only know how good a company is when there is an issue to resolve, especially one that is not their fault. Spex4Less is one of a very limited number of companies that I actively recommend to others when they need glasses.
Using their photograph technique when ordering has meant the prescription and positioning of the reading part of the bifocals has been perfect every time and of course the price is much better than that offered by any of the well known opticians.

Great product and really good value for money. Sadly can't say the same to Royal Mail who threw the package containing two pairs of glasses over the fence. Thankfully they survived

Great service and glasses (as always)
I have been using Spex4Less for some years now, and they never fail to impress with the speed of delivery and communication throughout the process. Once again, the ordering and delivery processes were exemplary. The glasses are exactly what I needed: a low-cost pair of varifocals that I can use when kayaking, knowing that I can see well, but should the worst happen and I lose them, it will not break either my heart or my bank balance.

Real people, really high customer service, totally brilliant...
I've been buying varifocal glasses from Spex4Less for a number of years and the service is always excellent.
I've had the odd issue with the prescription over that time but importantly there is always a person to speak to and any problems get fixed quickly.

First time reglazing frames and it was very easy
Stellar service reglazing a pair of glasses. I've never reglazed a pair before but Spex4Less did make it about as painless as it could be. I wanted specific lens features and colours and they walked me through the various options and the different prices. There was no rush or pressure - it was a case of give us a call when you've decided etc. Once I knew what I wanted, they sent a tracked postage label for me to post my frames and they were returned in about 10 days, perfect and with the old lenses included. Overall, they're just nice people to deal with and they're trying their best to compete with the big boys through great customer service. They're trying to understand individual customer preferences and satisfy them, rather than the chains that give generic paint by numbers advice driven by margins and poor staff training. People don't buy spectacles every week, so I admire them pouring time into customers to play the long game and build a loyal customer base, which I'm very content to remain part of.
