The customer service on offer here really is unmatched anywhere else. I called in for a sizing issue with my old wedding ring and it was quickly sorted.
Spencer and his staff know what they are doing and do it very well indeed. 10/10 from me and , I suspect, the vast majority of their loyal customers!
Ventured into Swansea looking for a jeweller to adjust the size of my wife’s engagement and wedding rings. The service provided by Spencer and his staff was excellent. They soon put our worries to rest as they were able to meet our needs before a family wedding next month. Going forward, our jeweller of choice.
I popped into Spencer Morgan’s jewellers as I needed a ring enlarged, another reshaped, another cleaned and a bracelet repaired. The customer service was absolutely excellent, a team member asked Spencer for advice as the bracelet was very delicate. He explained what he could do, giving associated costs, which were very reasonable. We were doing some other shopping so popped back in after a few hours and they had all been done. The quality of work is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this jewellers and would definitely use them again in the future.
I would just like to thank Spencer & Alison they were so helpful genuine with my recent visit thrilled with the work Spencer did on my rings ! I would recommend them for any jewellery purchase - you will get a warm and a 1st Class service with genuine products ! Thanks again
