Never received prescription

I got charged for my prescription and never got it i been emailing them for 2 days and yet no response all i got was this ticket is closed the same day i was suppose to get my prescription. This is not cool yall are here to help people not do people wrong. Bad enough this economies prices are through the roof but also i basically get robbed it was my first time purchasing and to be honest its sad how people get dealt with when coming to get help.
