Quick delivery and nice gesture

Ordered myself a 70cc cilinder after a other company canceled my order and i got my cilinder from speedline in 2days good packaging and they left me even some candys as a gift, such a nice gesture

First i ordered an ítem for my scooter…

First i ordered an ítem for my scooter that Said available on page. After it was not available and i had to wait, when i asked how many time nobody could to say Will be the ítem available again. I waited 2 weeks. Nothing. So i cancelled the order may 21 and i keep waiting my money back

Hello Gonzalo,

Thank you for your order and your review - and for the talks regarding your order.

When you place an order using a debit card, the money is reserved on the account. They are not withdrawn, they are just put as reserved to cover the purchase and will only be withdrawn once that order has been sent. Since we never sent the order, but you chose to cancel it instead, we never withdrew the money from your account. The reservation will be automatically removed, which as I understood from our talk this morning, has now happened and all is good.

In this case you ordered a part that was not in stock, and was not listed as in stock, but as "Bestillingsvare" which means we will order it from our supplier. When they cannot promise us a specific delivery time, we do not promise anything to our customers either, so no expected delivery time was ever mentioned for your order.

I hope this clears up what happened with the payment, and also with the ordered part. I also hope it will make it possible to update your review :)

Slowest delivery

Slowest delivery, parts might be good prices but the delivery is so slow with no express option. I could have walked to their warehouse and collected the parts and got home before they were delivered. Never again.

Thank you for your review.

We do our outmost to send the parts as fast as possible, in this case the order was processed within a total of 9 minutes, quite swiftly. PostNord collected the parcel from us on thr 12th and on the 17th the parcel was ready for pickup.

That is less than a week from the western part of Denmark to a bit north of Stockholm. It surely would have been wonderful with it being there the following day or maximum 2, but I still think that with PostNord this deliverytime is quite okay.

I hope we can be able to help you out some other time and that we will then be able to get a better review from you.

I have ordered a v-belt for VGA explora ..and I received another belt for other scooter... Can't say if it's my fault or them but .. they was really nice and helpful and they fix my issue very fast!
The support its great!

You have ordered a belt not listed for VGA Explora, but still expected it to fit the scooter - not the worlds biggest surprise that it does not.

Excellent service,needed a brake part…

Excellent service,needed a brake part for scooter that all uk suppliers were out of stock of,ordered from speedline and it was deleivered rapidly from denmark to the uk with no customs charge via DPD courier..Good communication and tracking of order from purchase to delivery.. Will use speedline again .. 5 stars
