Best customer service, I made an order however I used the wrong address by mistake, I received a refund , and they sent me new order free of charge and added a brush as gift . I ll be order more brushes soon, thanks Hannah, thanks Spectrum , best brushes ever .

Ordered on Thursday and have heard nothing since. No way to track order until dispatched and not yet dispatched. Was for a birthday present so now won’t be here on time so I will likely need to buy something else and cancel the full order including a refund of the delivery charge as per customer rights to cancel within 14 days. Not happy as paid £4.99 for delivery which was a fifth of my order

If there were more than 5 stars, I'd definitely give them. I placed my order but mistyped the postcode. Hannah contacted me immediately to check the correct postcode. Unfortunately, the courier didn't update the new information quickly enough on their system, so Hannah arranged for a replacement parcel to be sent via a different courier. I feel very guilty as I caused Hannah a lot of hard work, and it was completely my fault. Thank you, Hannah, you are a superstar!!

I ordered a gorgeous brush set from spectrum. Unfortunately during transit the box was damaged and wet when it arrived. I contacted spectrum and spoke with Hannah who sent out a new set straight away so I received it in tine for Christmas for my daughter. 5star customer service. Gorgeous products and will be ordering with them again. Exactly how a company should treat there customers. Thankyou for making the experience as unstressful as possible.

I had issues receiving my delivery due to a courier problem, so I reached out via email and spoke with Hannah. I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism and kindness. She immediately offered a solution and made sure my products were sent out right away.

The brushes themselves are gorgeous—super soft and absolutely stunning—but I’m equally impressed with the company and the way they treat their customers. I’ll definitely be purchasing again!

Bought a set of Malachite brushes that arrived promptly but one brush had bent bristles. Contacted customer service and they were amazing. Didnt argue, sent me a replacement and were so kind. Will definitely buy all of my future brushes here. The quality of the brushes are also amazingm

Had a delivery get lost so contacted them and they sent a new package quickly however I emailed straight away to say I just wanted a refund not a new package, I then sent them another email which they have completely ignored and I still have to pay the delivery fee despite sending it back with my own money 🫣 bad customer service for the most part, wouldn't order again.

I have previously placed orders with this company and have been very happy with the experience, however, I placed an order on 1st May and when my order was not dispatched within 3 working days, I contacted customer service regarding this and was advised that my order would be shipped the next day. However, this was not the case and my order has still not been delivered or updated. I have asked for a refund and have not heard anything.

I ordered a brush set during the 80% spring sale and im so glad I did. I only paid around £8.50 including shipping and these brushes are amazing and pink! I ordered the cosmopolitan 6 piece set and also it came wrapped in pink tissue paper which was so lovely 💕 thanks so much spectrum! Will be ordering again in the future :)

I recently treated myself to some new brushes, and the Spectrum Collection Brushes has been fantastic. The bristles of their brushes are super soft and apply makeup beautifully, blending everything smoothly and evenly. Just love them.

It says that it provides those brushes. I loved them, I love their presentations that have different colors, the quality is super resistant and very soft. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently got these brushes and using them everyday. The quality is great. Love the design and soft bristles. The brushes are of high quality. They have great design collection to choose from. I chose the Frozen Disney collection and loved it. I will definitely come back.

High quality brushes - I have “Emily in Paris” limited collection and I love it! Make up beginners friendly too, types are printed on every brush, in case you aren’t sure which one to use where, very professional line, and of high quality. I definitely recommend them!
