Got some new thorn-resistant tubes for my wife's e-bike. Easy ordering. Prompt shipment. Good price. Good product.

I wanted to try out the new Pathfinder’s in the 700x50 size, and I needed a new bottle cage as well. Everything was in stock and delivered super fast.
Still need to install the tires and test them. Hope they are same or better than the old ones.

Bike was deleivered within 5 days and being partially assembled I was out riding within 30 minutes of removing form the box.

Enjoyed the extra power and 27km transition changes with the new upgraded firmware.

I am a weekend rider and currently own 3 Specialized bikes. I ride a 40 mile trail once a week and this past weekend took my new Carbon Sirrus 5.0 on it's maiden run. Wow, what a difference moving up to this model. Besides getting used to the gears I really had a blast. It felt like riding on a feather. I am glad I paid the extra to enjoy my new ride, every penny well worth it.

Bike came in and was easy to assemble. However the cable to seat adjuster was damaged and crimped. I will have to take the bike in to have it reinstalled. Beside that...I love it.

Simple and easy to order, and helmet arrived pretty quick. Fit true to its size and very comfortable.

Prompt delivery arrived fast well packaged great products that I couldn’t source locally sizing the issue there ! had a querie before I ordered contacted call centre prompt response excellent!

Bike is a blast to ride, sharp handling, smooth shifting and light weight. Very happy with the purchase. I bought it online and shipped to my door. It was impressively packed. I was bummed to find the forks scratched out of the box though.

I have ordered several items from this website for my/our bicycles (e.g. spare parts, accessories, and clothing). Every order has been promptly acknowledged via email and three more times while awaiting delivery: order has shipped, is out for delivery, and when delivered. Product selection (M & F cycling gloves, multiple pairs) was easy and they are arriving quickly.

I believe the ease of the order and the "On Time" delivery were spot-on. It was better than saying, it's going to be late or delayed when paying for 2-Day delivery.

I am beyond disappointed with my Specialized Turbo Levo Expert Carbon 2022 . After only a few thousand kilometers, the rear freehub completely disintegrated. Despite this being a clear component failure, Specialized refused the claim because the 2-year warranty had just expired.

I have been riding MTBs since 1986 and have owned over 20 different models. I have never experienced a failure like this, especially not on a bike that retails for €11,000+. To use such low-quality parts on a premium machine and then offer zero support is unacceptable. Think twice before buying if you expect reliability and brand integrity."

I ordered my Specialized Turbo Vado SL2 4.0 directly from Specialized. It was shipped to the local dealer here at Lake Havasu City AZ, where I am vacationing, three days later. They assembled it, and I have been riding every day since. I absolutely love this bike! Like they say, “it’s me, but stronger”. I purchased an e-bike a few months ago, and didn’t like the surging feeling, throttle, and the fact that it was way too heavy for me. This bike is like the road bike I have ridden for years only better. Thank you Specialized!
