Pathetic customer service
Pathetic customer service. Messaged them twice to ask about a product. Both times got a ticket number.
Pity I did not get any response. Well will look elsewhere

Really amazing service. Everyone I spoke with over the course of a few weeks re pumice crush from initial enquiry, to sample, to first order, to urgent second order, was handled in a friendly and efficient manner. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I was advised of a cheaper price if the quantity I ordered was altered just a little. Can't thank the team enough.
I needed some glass chippings for a kerbed grave. I found Specialist Aggregates online and they offered the best price I could find for a 15kg bag. The website was easy to use and they were very quick to despatch order. I received the order today via DPD and I'm very happy with the with the overall service, as well as the quality of the glass chippings. The packaging was hardy and clearly labelled. I would definitely recommend using Specialist Aggregates as my experience was nothing but positive.
Purchased 2 x 15kg bags of Burgundy Rounded Gravel to help cover a border. Delivered in 2 days. The colour was more like a vivid pink and not burgundy - totally our fault as should have got a sample first.
Negotiated a return of 1 unopened bag for a refund. Returned via a 2 day Parcel2Go/DX delivery at a cost to us of just £8.
The bags cost £33 each inc. delivery - but got a refund of only £18 as £15 was, apparently, the original delivery cost to us. The delivery Charges are not made clear on the website - only if you want an upgraded delivery do they show the additional cost.
Wow - does this mean EACH INDIVIDUAL BAG cost £15 to deliver (making £30 for the 2 we ordered)?
The Company have been very unhelpful and intransigent on this and will not move or even make their original delivery costs clear. Very disappointing customer service to say the least.
We unfortunately now don't feel able to recommend the Company and will absolutely NOT use again.
