Scammers and they care only about the money i had an accident where 100% not my fault on the monopattino and they are telling me that there insurance won’t cover it! Scammers and honestly i hope spb italia di merda go broke. From 7 june until today 26 trying to get my right back. Bruno was the operator and someone else but they are so bad. It’s like they had to memorise a script and they don’t know how to speak another word. A machine speaking with me would’ve been better. If you don’t like to work and help people go sit in the house. Making me believe that an email had been sent for me and i have nothing. Scammers.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I had a theft case, They kept sending me back to the police station everytime for a stamp, or a change of something, but at the end refused to pay back because ACT 2.2 Says Denucia should be made in 48 hours! I was at the police station for 3 hours waiting in cold! and why was they asking for documents after documents when they know they wont refund! They look for EVERY WAY to avoid refund of theft! Better NOT deal with them! SCAMMERS

The inssurance service was unacceptable slow, in giving green light to the Repair Shop and the communication was miserable ( through a poor call center in Marocco) !!!??
That repair shop was desorganized in picking up the Dryer ( just one man and no stairs lift device, even if I have announced in written form, that os located on 2.nd floor).
Delivery of the Dryer occured ONE MONTH later and just after writing an admonition letter to the Director.

A night mare experience !
