Really wanted to highlight this type of issue as i don’t just do a bad or good review based on players luck upon joining . There allot of fine print that on T&Cs that new players dont read and understand that ends up making them feel scammed. Mainly when it comes to wagering & withdrawals. Whats important here is to have a really good customer help option where they just dont tell you to go look at the t’s & c’s upon encountering an issue. This is why you are seeking help due to encountering a dead end right n your required further assistance.

My ISSUE :
20 euro no deposit bonus upon sign up. ( advertising without clear T’s &C’s upon searching the site) A sneaky tactic to entice new players to think a good decent bonus will be awarded hence making you sign up.
A condition were this would only apply to new accounts and IP addresses who register and required to send an email to claim the bonus within 12 hours.

-Apparently my IP’s been used already or registered even if i just recently joined.

This certainly is one of those casinos who dont make any clear comms or dont have to if they dont want to or l cant afford to make any generous effort to give you anything for this kind of miscommunication .

Also you will notice that their responsible gambling option doesnt offer help or options to set limits or ways to promote people who mite require this.
