Quick, easy and perfect !!!

Required a personal loan and Sparxpress was the only one willing to provide financial assistance. As an Expat who has been living in Denmark for a few years, it is difficult to get financial aid when on a working visa. Process was simple and terms reasonable.

I had a very smooth and fast loan application process with Sparxpress. Despite I work with another bank, I decided to go ahead with Sparxpress and I am very happy with my choice. They have a user friendly, smooth and well digitalized process.

Waste of my time. The app asked to sync my bank, as well as sync separately my wife's bank. It was not possible, I literally tried 8 times, as when I synced mine or hers, it sent the application before we could sync the other bank. I even called them 2x and they said try syncing from different computers, which I did as well and still their app didn't work. They couldn't help despite I called twice, and this gives a very amateur picture about sparxpres.

Took a loan out in a shop, everything worked as it was supposed to. 5/5, can recommend.

We highly recommend SparXpress for a very transparent and extremely efficient process of Loan application.
We will always choose SparXpress for its extremely user-friendly process of a small-loan application. Apart from it, no hassle of manual entries, even if you make mistakes, there is a possibility of automated process of account details to be fed during the process of application.

I would give them no stars, but Trust pilot does not provide that as an option. I bought an item for 3940 DKR, via Sparxpres, thinking it was something similar to ViaBill (where you pay for your product in instalments similar to a lay away service). After 6 months, I've paid Sparxpress 1500 DKR and still owe for the full amount of the product. I promptly paid for the full amount owing so I can be done with these scam artists. They have now received 1500 DRK for absolutely nothing. I will put it down to being taxed for being gullible, for at the end of the day, I'm truly the only one to blame for being so stupid, but at least I can warn others. I will also be notifying the bank, because I have a feeling that they will continue to withdraw money from my account even though I have paid what I owe in full. Beware people! Don't get swindled!

Worst customer service that I have ever met in my life being arrogant is their best thing.
Also not be surprised if for example you will not see from the beginning the cost of your loan for example it will be around 75% fees and interest from your monthly installment.
Think 10k times before choosing this company.

Customer service is really low and they have no interest to help customers and be nice maybe for future services. Apparently, they know how to keep the customer away. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
