We chose SparNord our bank for house loan. We had a very good experience with them and especially my advisor from Herlev branch, Nathalie Koop. She was most helpful, organized and professional as well as kind which made all of the difference in our interactions & finding the best offer for our needs, explaining thoroughly everything and answering every question. The fact that we could communicate so easily with her is definitely a plus.
We thank all of your help and kindness in securing our loan for my first home. Thank you for your patience as well as treating us as people rather than just home loan customers.

The best and fastest service!
Really good experience with Spar Nord!
Well educated and experienced stuff. We are happy for our bank consultant, Nina Merle Brigsted (Hillerød), who is always there to listen to us, and give her advice or even a solution to our needs almost immediately. Totally recommended, especially to people who are tired of long waiting time.

Waste of time
Advised as a good bank, turned to have a bad experience. Rude and disrespectful staff . Even if I sent all the documents required, they managed to say that they miss some papers and therefore they cannot help us. As I read the reviews, is not for the first time. Either they don't need new customers or they don't care about reputation. Waste of time!
