It's not often I am this impressed by a company. Ordered a wine fridge, after a couple of weeks, realised it wasn't working right. Called Spagkworld, they contacted the manufacturer. I had a call back withing minutes to say "full refund or replacement but could take a few weeks to come from the manufacturer'. I asked for a refund, and if they had another brand i could buy. They sent me a link to another product, I said yes. Price difference of £50 was refunded to me within days and the swap was done 48 hours later. Absolutely no question or quibbles, just an amazingly fast solution to the problem. Moving forward, Sparkworld will be my firat point of call when seeking similar products.

Nothing beats 'word of mouth'

My purchase was simple & easy, delivery was next day & the communications from Spark world was also spot on. Delivery day again was smooth & easy, the delivery arrived 15 minutes into delivery window. The guys who delivered, installed new appliance & removed old unit were friendly, courteous & attentive. Would definitely recommend this company & use again in the future.

A very good company from the minute I placed the order up until delivery .
I had a phone call thanking me for my order and was kept up to date with delivery . The two men who delivered my washing machine were so helpful cheerful connected the machine and put it in place lovely they made sure the machine was working before leaving .
