10 Days Later, No Response!

Sent them a message to book a viewing on a property via RightMove. They replied back to me 10 days later saying that the property the deadline had passed to apply for the property. If you'd have just responded quicker, then I'd would have applied earlier! If it takes them 10 working days to reply to a viewing enquiry, then I hate to think what they would be like when managing and arranging maintenance for the occupier! Will be avoiding in future!
