Impressive Service
Jackie Allen conducted a thorough damp and mould survey in a professional, relaxed and friendly manner. Prompt production of the survey report followed. Brilliant service
Brilliant service.
I needed an EPC for my house sale. Called late one afternoon, they managed to fit me in the very next day. The guy that did the survey was courteous and diligently got on with the job.
Certificate issued the very next day.
Great service I would highly recommend.

We would highly recommend Jackie as a Surveyor
Jackie was very thorough on conducting a Level 2 homebuyer survey on a property we intend to buy.
With several points raised that needed attention and further investigation.
This helped us make an informed decision and ultimately would save us far more money than the cost of the initial survey costs.
So worth every penny!
Jackie also conducted the EPC survey on our previous property sale , so would highly recommend South Lincs Surveyors Ltd
