Made a enquiry online about selling my jaguar SUV and they phoned me up within the hour. Gave them the details and they beat the dealers trade in price.

They came to collect the car that afternoon. Money was instantly in bank and car was gone. The whole process took 5/6 hours and was very efficient and fair.

Absolute rubbish company , emailed them a few times before getting any response, i even texted them and again no reply, eventually WAS very late for appointment didn't even bother to apologise. Gave me an offer before the appointment was booked to which I agreed and when one of their reps came along said he was interested in my vehicle. I wasted my whole day for them. Do not use them. Absolute rubbish company.

Eventually spoke with someone who promised to call back next day - 2 days later nothing. Tried calling just rings and rings then cuts off
