Just bought a bike through these guys
Just bought a bike through these guys, customer service is absolutely spot on! I opted for different pedals and new grips, they fitted it all for me without even being asked. Ordered the bike Friday evening, it arrived the following Tuesday, top job guys!

gravel bike to be fitted with mudguards and rack
I took my gravel bike to be fitted with full mudguards and a rack. Due to the 40mm tyre size and frame design I knew it wasn’t going to be straight forward but the mechanics at Southdowns Storrington did a great job and kept me updated on progress. Thanks Sam, Josh et al.

These guys are really good
These guys are really good. I bought a Specialized bike from them nearly 2 years ago, and have had a few problems with it. The back up from South downs bikes has been absolutely 100%. I cannot fault them in any way. Lucky for me they are also my closest store (Goring by sea).

We had a great experience with South Downs Bikes. The bike was very reasonably priced and it was delivered within 3 days. It looks like a great bike but my son hasn't used it yet.

South Downs Bikes couldn’t have been more helpful or supportive of a pre-Christmas bike emergency! Martin (the director) somehow managed to convince Hornit to send me an out of stock bike, which arrived today just in time to be wrapped. Amazing service, thank you so much 🌟

Had a great experience! Ordered a bike I have been wanting for ages, was lucky to receive an email telling me it was back in stock, picked it up next day, fully built and waiting for me!
The guys in the store went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that I had everything I needed! Great store and great company to order from!
