i had a man from the council come out today to fix and paint my bathroom celling and what a great job he did he was all so polite and just got on with the job i wish i got his name well done and thank you

Absolutely useless 2 hours to answer the phone constantly sending threatening letters & emails for council tax that isn't owed ABSOLUTELY AWFUL !!

Excellent service. Dean is very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped my husband and myself to make the right decision about the riser recliner chairs. He took his time to explain everything. We use Ableworld a lot for disabled items. I have recommended them to quite a few people.

Popped in to ableworld in woolston Southampton yesterday with my husband's charger for his mobility scooter, the plug had become loose and I was worried about using it , they reassured me that it wasn't dangerous , but the engineer Mark , taped and glued it for me ,making it much more secure , there was NO charge for this , so thank you Mark , all staff very friendly and knowledgeable, , thank you , they have the personal touch ,

Visited Richmond Hyundai to enquire about a used car. I was seen by Bryn who was amazing & nice & easy on the eye too. He catered to my every need & I left very satisfied & left with a nice Hyundai Tucson too.

So helpful. I was able to purchase equipment immediately to support my father’s discharge from hospital. Pricing seemed very fair and the help I received from Dean was exceptional - he even organised same day, free local delivery of the items purchased. Plenty of readily available stock and the staff seemed very knowledgeable and caring.

Very helpful Sales Person. "Bana" couldn't do enough for for me, she went above and beyond to help me find the exact sofa i was looking for. She was very polite, very professional, friendly and took her time to help me, not at all pushy. Also, id like to say a BIG thank you to Brendan and Craig for an excellent delivery service.

Today I spoke to a wonderful lady called Nicki in building control at Southampton City Council.
I am moving in 3 weeks and have just been informed I have to obtain building regulation certificates as you can imagine my stress level went through the roof.
I emailed SCC yesterday and Nicki called me today. Nicki was so helpful and professional, she listened and then within a few minutes Nicki had provided me with all the information I needed and relieved me of the stress I was going through.
Nicki is a real credit to SCC.
I would like to say a massive thank you to Nicki and hope she gets the recognition she so rightly deserves.
