Had fitters booked for the Monday and called Source Wood Floors on the Tuesday before. Our local suppliers had let us down and I was frantically trying to find replacement flooring. Sharon was fantastic. She talked me through some of their stock that I had selected and rushed some samples to me which arrived the next day. I called back to place the order and she contacted the suppliers and arranged to have the order delivered by the Friday.

The order arrived as promised and the flooring looks fantastic. Sharon also stepped in when there was a slight delay on the delivery day to call the delivery company and get updates. Excellent service all round and would use them again without hesitation!

The customer service I received from Sourcewood Floors has been exemplary. From my initial order to keeping in touch with me whilst waiting for the flooring to be shipped & all the way through to receipt in July. Source flooring came recommended by a friend. We visited their showroom where staff were very helpful to us in choosing the right flooring for us.
Came away with samples to finalise choice. We ordered our flooring well in advance of needing it in case of price increases. Was kept well informed of order which was delivered at time promised.
Kerb side only but reasons for that understandable.

Absolutely gorgeous flooring and looks great! A little difficult going down with a floor nailer as the wood under the oak (ply I believe) did split a bit and we had to stain the ends of the cut pieces in the alcoves. Delivered on time and communication was very good. Only downside is I have two full boxes left and Furlong policy is a minimum of 5 boxes to return. We can hopefully use somewhere else and keep some for spares but quite expensive for sitting around otherwise.

Great service wood samples were sent out next day and the staff were really helpful in matching an existing wood.
They really did go the extra mile in terms of customer service! I would definitely recommend this company!
