I bought a £399 bike for a final price…
I bought a £399 bike for a final price of £189.99: Jet Accelerator in silver / blue size XXL. You couldn’t buy a second hand bike for that kind of money.
Delivery took approx 3 days and apart from a faulty front tyre valve the bike was/ is absolutely perfect.
Dead easy to assemble: just front wheel, brake, bars. And believe me I am no mechanic.
This minor issue was resolved very quickly - a refund for the tube - without any quibble and with great grace.
Would I buy from Source BMX again?
Absolutely.
Just don’t tell the wife…..

We had a really good service with my…
We had a really good service with my order and delivery. The BMX did arrive without any brakes attached and this was something we had to do ourselves (via a bike shop). When I contacted SourceBMX they explained this was a manufacturers error and the BMX shouldn't have been sent out like this, they were very apologetic and refunded the cost for us having to have the brakes fitted professionally.

I always get great customer service with Source and usually have tech questions about sizes or component compatibility for my builds. Good prices and reliable postage make Source a solid choice, just wish they would stock more flatland specific parts.

Grandsons go to online BMX store
TBH my 12 yr old grandson had done the ordering side of things which was easy enough… then I completed the sale with my debit card… (just what nans are good at)… company easy to deal with online… not needed to speak with anyone so can’t comment on customer care… but I’m sure they’ll be fine with that too… parcel arrived via DPD… well packed and funky box… will need to order a few more bits as grandson is building his BMX and realised he needs more stuff…
