The bike is beautiful but decided to order the next size up. They have a ridiculous policy about returns and you have to jump through lots of hoops to even send something back. The real kicker for me was when they said they received it and they wouldnt accept my return. They sent pics of lots of scratches etc. These were pics of not even the same bike I had sent back. We didnt assemble or use the bike. It came, we looked at it and returned it. Should have been an easy return. Buyer beware. Only order from them if you are for sure not going to need to return.

Really helpful and friendly informative staff went above and beyond to make sure my items were right and got to me after currier lost my order , brilliant prices too , happy customer .

These guys are the best. They usually have everything I need or want in stock. Shipping is super fast and I’ve never had a problem returning anything. The product reviews are awesome so are the how to videos as well as the team and event videos. If you reach out to these guys, they will even sponsor an event for you. Unless it’s an emergency, I won’t go anywhere else for parts.

These guys are scammers, as soon as you have problems with the parts you ordered they will reply to your email with some random nonsense, then they will disappear. In my case I've received a defective product. I've reported them to the Consumer Protection.

It would be remiss of me to not let you guys know how pleased I am with my recent purchase. I've NEVER had something shipped to me so fast, that wasn't amazon prime, and the bike is PERFECT!! Thrilled with how fast my bike shipped,I had it within three days of ordered it,qStay Strong Optimum park bike is great smooth riding the seat tilt is pretty extreme so I would replace the seat but other than that great stuff and the socks I got are really comfortable
