Just wanted to record my thanks for Chris Snooks help in getting Samson's UK agent to run a technical check on what was a perceived fault on what was probably one of the last of the UK stock for this discontinued model. We wanted to match up with a little used Samson 300db bought some years before but the sizzle on start before it clipped in and bop on shutting off on the new speaker was not present on the earlier model. After sending in a sound file which Chris forwarded to Korg (who look after Samson's UK technical after sales service in the UK) the new speaker was returned to them for a diagnostic check which concluded it was all satisfactory and put down to the slight changes in the build schematic of the components used. An engineers technical report was provided with the returned speaker for reassurance in the unlikely event a problem should occur in the future.
Sound Exposure certainly stood up to their company mission statement of treating their customers in a way they would wish to be treated themselves. Excellent service, delivery, communication, follow up and competitive too.

I was looking for a replacement part for a Rode Videomic Pro. Despite extensive searching on line there did not appear to be any suppliers for this in UK. Despite the part not being something that Sound Exposure stocks and that it was a relatively cheap and low profit margin product to supply, they sourced and delivered to me in a very short space of time. My son had a list of audio equipment he wanted for Christmas and when I called a member of the sales team was able to help me with what was the best product for my son. I was grateful they didn't lead me to spend more money but just what they felt would suit his needs. They got it spot on! Customer service, product and experience was excellent.

I later ordered a cable that my son needed and they made it up and shipped to him at University. A great service.

As soon as I made my order, one of their team were quick to call me to confirm a delivery date and as it wasn't the original 'next day' as planned, due to the fact they needed to order in my equipment, I was happy they let me know asap. and it arrived in good time.

Bought Sennheiser lav mic...arrived perfectly packaged...item works well. Just took a little longer than I'd hoped but I think that was because of Easter.

I found Sound Exposure on Google Shopping when looking for a new microphone to do some voice-over work. I knew what I wanted, and found it £25 cheaper than all the sellers on Amazon!

After placing the order for the mic and shockmount, I had a courtesy call saying that the shockmount needed to be ordered in and whether I wanted to hold the order for one delivery or split it. Nonetheless, they did everything perfectly to make me such a happy customer.

The items were packaged very well and delivered quickly. You really can't fault the experience.

The other thing I would say is that here on Trustpilot, they have a rating of 9.7 at the time of writing. That is an amazing score! But more amazing is that they don't actually invite you to use Trustpilot. Normally customers seek out Trustpilot to complain, but it appears they are doing so to praise. This is definitely due to the exceptional service from Sound Exposure!

I found Sound Exposure through hunting for a particular product on Google, they were offering a good price, but didn't have enough stock on hand, so I called, ordered then and there, 3 days later everythign arrived.

I bought some Van Damme multicore cable from Sound Exposure. Their website had good product info, the best price I could find, and the item arrived well packed just a couple of days later.
