The product is a first of it's kind and I love being able to have my soundings heard or rotate headphones to cover the ear opening with noise reduction. The only upgrade I would suggest is a way to seal them into your ear when needed. Maybe a silicon or rubber removable optional seal? I Just traveled to Peru and 20 hours in airplanes. Without being able to seal into my ear the plane is still very loud. If you put a sweatband around your head and over your ears you can achieve much better noise reduction. I would say it crosses over into noise canceling at that point. Otherwise, these are superb. I would buy them again.

Love the sound & different adjustments. Easy to wear with the exception that the ear piece adjustment "cones" are not a good shape for my ears. I am using the largest ones and the ear buds still fall out.

The quality of the microphone was surprising and the sound coming ny way was great. You will probably forget you are wearing them for how comfortable and light they are. The only thing I found was sometimes they can fall of your head. You have to stay conscious of them. But geat product with an affordable price.

I have had a pair of Soundcore A40 earbuds for several years and have been very happy with their price, quality and ability to connect. I finally had a problem and contacted Soundcore support. Again I was very surprised with their rapid response, willingness to help, and ability to quickly resolve the problem. I will buy Soundcore again!

I'm disappointed there is not a better battery level readout. My cheap Amazon earbuds have a led percentage on the case, and I've seen others that have a line of led dots to give you and idea of battery life.

I’m really impressed with the Soundcore Liberty 4 NC. The ANC is outstanding and does a great job of blocking out the world. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods and provide a solid seal in the ear.
The charging case is well-designed. it’s very intuitive to place the earbuds back in, so I never have issues with them not charging. Also, the Soundcore app is user friendly and makes customizing the settings a breeze.

This is my second pair of soundcore headphones and I'm just as happy with these as with the first pair. Shipping was normal, took about a week between ordering and receiving them. Came in perfect condition. Work amazing. Love that there is a transparency mode (old ones didn't have that). It's perfect for when I'm moving around the house and need to hear if someone is trying to speak to me. Wish they had more color options, and I wish I could choose which connected devices were priority for sound. For example, if im listening to a video on my laptop I would like to have my notifications on my phone to come through over the video's sound so I dont miss messages or calls. If these headphones do have that feature, I haven't been able to figure it out.

Helped me figure out what I needed

I use the headphones at night with the sleep feature on my phone. When I wake up and restart music or a podcast, they have disconnected from my phone. If I want to use them, I have to put them back in the case and take them out again every time I wake up

I’m on my second set of a30s. First set was warranty returned because one pod stopped working. Second set is what I would consider barely functional, but realistically unusable. One ear pod, always the same, but different from the original set, always stops working and I have to disconnect and reconnect the pods weekly. Even when they are working the same ear pod flickers on and off. I could be just laying there, not moving and have it flickering on and off constantly. When using support I am just told to reset and reconnect, but having to do that weekly is unusable. I’ve since stopped using a30s and use others ear buds.

Solid quality for cost! I was looking for wireless headphones that had a good microphone quality for calls, could help drown out sounds for better focus, but didn't cost an arm and a leg. These delivered.
They're very affordable for the quality, came quickly, are comfortable, and are cute.

The earbuds are great I use them and the app everyday, easy to sleep with them in.

When you buy a product and the first thing the instructions tell you is to download the app, generally I roll my eyes and think, "great another app I'm not going to use". I use this app everyday.

After about 6 months few days in a row one of the earbuds was not charging properly it was actually the app that prompted me with a warning that something appears to be wrong and opened up a support ticket window. I completed the form and within a couple of hours an advisory email landed with a few suggestions on fixes and when none of them worked they instantly agreed to a replacement.
