Great Customer Service, Opened a case with the delivery Company for damages of the product, quick to answer my requests and sent spare parts for my soundboks. I ordered a Gen 4 from Amazon, but didn't notice the free extra battery offered in the order. I reached out to Soundboks and asked if I could have them send a free battery. They sent me a code in my email which I could use on their website. It costs me nothing, no shipping costs...nothing. Soundboks was very accommodating and I will support this company for life.
