Great Customer Service, Opened a case with the delivery Company for damages of the product, quick to answer my requests and sent spare parts for my soundboks. Also a very transparent Communication which i enjoy. Even had no Problems with fulfilling extra wishes. Overall a very pleasent, quick and easy process.

I own 3 speakers now and i love them!
We use them for boats&beach activities here in Hawaii. They are so durable and amazing. sound is the most powerfull ever! I also recently needed some assistance from customer service, Nicholas was there for me and helped big time! Super happy with them and even tho i already purchased 2x Soundboks 4, i already can't wait for S5!

I ordered a Gen 4 from Amazon, but didn't notice the free extra battery offered in the order. I reached out to Soundboks and asked if I could have them send a free battery. They sent me a code in my email which I could use on their website. It costs me nothing, no shipping costs...nothing. Soundboks was very accommodating and I will support this company for life.
