Bad customer service
Bad customer service.
I bought a Salomon Hydratation bag (ACS skin 5) that has been damaged in only two runs.
Very surprised with the bad product quality.
The customer service was even worst, quite long to answer (72h) and bring absolutely no warranty for repairing the product, only asking to contact their logistic partner to send the bag back to them and look at it. If they think it’s not a defect it would cost me money in the end.
I will repair it by myself.

This company must be avoided. Would not cancel an order I accidentally made
Which was made through their system.
Literally 2 minutes later I emailed them to cancel and they laugh in your face!
I live in UK I will get postage fee's which were not stated and there is 20% vat in this. Then il have to return it and get charged the vat to get it back Into Italy.
Absolutely disgusting they could NOT amend this 2 minutes later after the mistake. The mistake was made because I kept going to next page expecting postage fee's and a warning or taxes etc
But nothing just took the Web page price and left me to the powers that be.
This will be an expensive lesson if it gets paid. I've contacted PayPal. I will raise it in 7 days..
