Was looking for a very specific derailleur hanger with which local bike shops could not help me. Asked Greg and he immediately replied with the correct hanger. Unfortunately, they or their suppliers did not have it in stock, so I ordered at another seller. Still wanted to leave a 5/5 review for the service.

The goods are taking a long time to be shipped. I ordered on 2025 04 23. I am still waiting for the goods.
I recently ordered headset bearings for my bike. Unfortunately they got lost in the post. I contacted SOS Hanger who sent out another set which arrived safely. Great customer service and good bearings.
