Waited 4 months to be passed across to a company for the repairs to go ahead.. Within minutes of being advised that Sopp&Sopp would be dealing with my claim they made contacted, I returned their missed call/email and spoke with Stephen.. I would like to give a huge thank you to Hussain for the excellent support he provided after my car was hit by a deer. As someone who has never been involved in an accident before, I was understandably shaken and unsure of what I needed to do.
Hussain was incredibly friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the call. He patiently asked all the necessary questions and gave me plenty of time to think and provide the information, never making me feel rushed.
