Sony WH-1000XM5 Broken - Warranty
I sent my headphones to the Sony repair shop to repair since the earpieces broke on the hinge connected to the headband. They came loose due to the glue losing effectiveness.
After the repair shop told me mechanical failure is not supported, they quoted me 140€ to fix them... I declined and asked for them to be returned unrepaired.
Then they tell me I have to pay 14€ to get them back...crazy you can't even cover return shipping.
Never buying Sony headphones again. Terrible customer service. Not what you expect for 300€ headphones...

I already reported to customer service and they didn't even care, as if it was my fault.
I am supposed to go back to the country of purchase and I have to bring the proof of payment. Even if I no longer live there and got the earbuds as a gift???
Just don't buy their expensive products with cheap build quality and the awful customer support

Customer Service has no product knowledge and lie to customers
I received my headphones without any earbuds so I called and mailed the customer service several times to try get replacements after receiving an incomplete product. None of them could explain the process to me nor did they have ANY technical knowledge to let me know what earbuds my headphones use nor what my rights are or anything else. I called them 3 times and they blocked my number now and I never received my replacement that they promised was on its way, I wish I could commit war crimes towards them without legal consequences.

Sony scammed me
Sony was my best choice and i bought always my headphones and earbuds from Sony. Last year i bought Sony wf 1000xm4 255 euros and last month earbuds got a new update of 2.0.0 and my new earbuds went down the left bud drain charge in 15 minutes.so i sent them to fix this problem. They sent me an email we need the receipt which i lost. I called them and one guy from Egypt his German was also awful said i can't do anything.i said my earbuds are not old and also not broken it's just because of update so basically it you guys fault and i need that update be remove or fix this problem and he was unfriendly and refused. Broke my heart.i never thought that Sony with such a big name gonna scam their costumers like this . Whenever new headphones or buds from Sony came i bought.but this scam shocked me . Was my last time that i spend my money on Sony products.

Returned my faulty earplugs 250 euro worth to sony on 23rd of March and its been 2 months and after multiple phone calls and emails and i haven't received my money back. And they are not answering emails anymore. Very disappointed with Sony never ever buying again a product from them.

The new rules about what says what is not in my bill. However I must state that what I say in this review is completely what I want to say and none of the other.
Sony is known for their great attitude towards those who want to give but what makes matters worst is not that they can’t do it for the people but because they are all obviously doing it to make money and fame. At the same time I must correct you if you think you got the best machine as this is my second tablet I am about to throw in ravishing bags. They simply can’t remember my password and etc. or they simply won’t start as is the case with the second one. And not to forget the delivery nasty thing that happens all over the globe I lost a digital Walkman and a digital Walkman amp. Never got them ever since!!!
Sony unable to fix a faulty TV

I set everything up and the CAM was not recognised. I contacted support and really tried to work with them, providing files and data, but they were unable to fix the fault. They wanted more and more time, which I did not have since I needed to return the set within a limited time span.
In all, a highly dissatisfied customer.
Worst customer service ever !
The worst customer service I ever experienced so far! After one month exchanging per email (with a different customer service rep each time), I was told to send my defective Sony ear buds to a repair center, without a case number, without an exact address (I apparently can check that myself on the Internet) and, of course, having to explain everything to them again as the repair centers and the customer service don't communicate with each others!
After three months, my problem is still not fixed, my warranty ran out in the process and the only useful information I got is that if they don't find the problem I have to pay (they wrote it in different emails, just so I'm sure they think it's my fault).
Last time with Sony Germany. Ever.
